“Shocking customer service. Unresponsive despite large order. Talking about replacement when they sent wrong item. Our plumbers all confirmed this is a terrible company to deal with which has worsened with Covid.”

“Very pleased with our beautiful cabinets, however the delivery of items was very dissastifing , the delivery driver refused to deliver down our perfectly adequate driveway which many large vehicles have used and delivered successfully before! He was going to just leave them on the pavement on the roadside!!!! Very stressful I managed to persuade him to bring them off the pavement and a short way down the drive. All in all won’t be ordering large items from you again.”

“The company sent the wrong shower door. When I asked them to send the right one and take back the incorrect one, they told me that this whole matter was "under investigation" and I was to wait until this had concluded. Its been 12 days now and I am still awaiting my fate. Terrible service.”

“Disappointed with diamond service. Unable to check items that arrived as the two delivery guys would not wait. And then to find the cistern was cracked. Very difficult to contact anyone about this. I have lodged the problem with your customer services and provided pics but have not heard anything further. All taking far too long.”
