“Advertising very misleading. Orderd what I thought was a heated towel rail ,witch was just a normal radiator .so had to return and pay delivery charges would have exchange it but after phoning and message ing got no response till it was to late”

“No one had got back to me since I emailed as phones are down. Very poor service. Lead time on unit getting to me was 2-3 weeks and driver didn’t wait 5 mins for me to get to the property after not giving me the 30 mins heads up as discussed . So had to come back after another drop which was very inconvenient . Poor service all round”

“All arrived in good order but I was told I would be given a time and date for delivery but the pallet arrived and I had a phone call at work. Luckily the drive was clear and my neighbors could keep an eye on it for me.”

“Ordered sample tiles online which arrived very promptly. Samples were well packaged & boxed. Very impressed with the tiles so Definitely plan on ordering the actual tiles for the job as soon as I can”

“First time using Victoria Plumbing and its been a horrible experience! I paid for next day delivery and to have the two radiators delivered and bought up at least one flight of stairs and instead I received an apology to say that they would have to be delivered the following day due to the van breaking down. When they were delivered they were dropped at kerbside and they said that I did not pay for them to be bought in. I contacted support on 3rd September to requested a refund for the next day service. I am still waiting for confirmation that this has been done.”
