“Ordered a tap and waste, was very happy with it so ordered same item again, I different tap came, despite emailing several times and waiting weeks I have not recieved a response, poor service”

“The customer service (James) could not have been better. Patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Receipts and delivered items do not carry sufficient identifiers of items purchased and one cannot search purchased items on website to see what has been ordered in the past. For future reference, this would add value to your website and avoid customers having to contact you. Having said that, James sent me all the info I needed plus links for connected items, resulting in me buying more stuff from you. Well done James!”

“Ordered a new Vanity unit and toilet. Everything was great but the cistern was smashed in the box. Informed Victorian but I have had no resolution despite submitting photos and receiving two apologetic email over the last week saying I am still on the system to be dealt with. They can sent me emails about that but not one to sort the problem. All I can say is..... Great products but not so great customer service.”

“All good except Plug came with Plastic instead of Brass/Metal Back Nut/Lock Nut. It worked, but the plumber snapped the first one, the washer slipped under another... Metal ones are only £1.50 and should be standard in my humble opinion.”

“Ordered various items but bath arrived damaged and bath feet very poorly finished. Reported defects same day and received automated email reply but, 10 days later, have still not received any contact from VP as to when defective goods are likely to be replaced. If they had responded in a timely manner they might have got 5 stars, after 10 days 1 star is probably too many!”

“you fail to deliver. you do not inform if there is going to be a delay. i do not know the day - week or even month when my goods will be delivered. you do not reply to e mails requesting said information. all in all a terrible experience. i regret ordering from you i am now letting my customer down. i also note that your telephone lines are unavailable . i believe you are using COVID as an excuse for terrible service”

“The product choice was great, good advice online and, once we’d chosen what we wanted and paid a great price, the products were delivered quicker than we expected. Just need to finish the fitting but no problems so far and looking forward to a great new en-suite !”

“Had my order delivered quite quickly although half of it was missing as it had dropped out of the bottom of the pallet, that wasn’t secured properly. Couldn’t get the job done, had to go elsewhere for the parts. Asked for a refund of the missing elements of my order. Haven’t responded to my emails still can’t call them on the phone. Yet I’ve been asked to review my experience?? Very poor, it was over a week ago and I’ve still heard nothing”

“We have placed a few orders with Victorian Plumbing and their service has been excellent. The most recent one was ordering a new basin tap as our plumber could not get the tap off the old basin. We thought we would have to get him back for another day to fit, but we ordered at 11:30 and received the tap at 08:01 the following morning!!”
