“I bought a shower head and hose to go on my bathroom sink for when we just want to wash hair or clean bath because if our taps being square didnt think I could get one but when I saw this on Victoria plumbing I was delighted it works and I'm so happy it's great great service”

“Very rude delivery man. I found him intimidating. He accused me of being too docile and described himself as an aggressive alpha male. Fortunately, my neighbour was in, so I could get support as by now I felt distinctly uncomfortable. My bathroom screen was very much overpacked and I have been left with two wooden pallettes plus other wood. Surely it makes sense to unpack the item on-site and take back the plates and reuse them. Shocking waste really, I am very surprised. Will not be using this company again.”

“Speedy delivery and good communication. However the cabinet ordered has a wonky drawer and the pre-drilled holes for the door handle weren't drilled all the way through so we can't open it properly.”

“shower panel deliver damaged with a crack in it. online form completed along with photos plus 3 online chats and 4 emails but 3 weeks on still no return slip or refund. product was not only cracked but very poor quality. packaging not damaged so packed cracked??”

“Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Never seen such a disgraceful service. Two broken toilets later and needless to say went elsewhere - now we have a toilet. Thanks for wasting our time and money we will make sure to tell everyone how bad you really are!”

“Plumber fitting radiator was not impressed that he had to take part of radiator out to fit it due to it being both horizontal or vertical. Brackets were tricky to fit as well. However, the radiator does look good on the wall. Delivery experience was not good, driver’s attitude was very unhelpful and rude. I phoned the distribution centre to report this and male in the background was making unhelpful and unprofessional comments which I could hear. I would think twice about ordering again if I had to deal with the same delivery company.”
