“We have an old Heritage Dorchester Bathroom Suite and age is showing. All order delivered on time and sooo well packed with pallets and other strong wood wrapped in tough black polythene(?). A number of hours to unpack, break down wood and check over. All fine. I would recommend.”

“Products are good quality and reasonably priced. They are packaged well and delivered in ok time, especially given current climate. However, communication is shocking. I appreciate that staff numbers are reduced, and/or people are working from home, but there is no longer a phone line available, and it takes weeks to get a reply via email.”

“Zero customer service, you will just receive an automated email or tweet telling you they are busy and that they will respond within 48 hours. You will get approximately 4 of these before they stop even bothering with that. I asked for a simple replacement of broken parts, in the time its taken them to... well to not reply, more parts broke and a new replacement item had to be purchased from elsewhere. Still no refund. Avoid.”

“I ordered the basin taps on Thursday after the (insurance) plumber had done another job in the bathroom. The existing "gold-plated" taps were shedding metal. The taps arrived Saturday morning and were in the following Tuesday. I have to have handle taps due to arthritis. These feel very good.”

“Good service. Delivery service kept on breaking their delivery schedule which I did not believe they would keep as it was bank holiday weekend. They were rather quick on using email but not so on wheels!”

“1st time I’ve used this company , whole experience from ordering to delivery were excellent. Did almost have a nightmare due to stock levels but customer service Joanne was amazing within 24 hours had offered several alternative, delivery the following day. Would definitely use this Company again and have already recommended to several friends . Good arrived fantastic quality”

“Good price, good item... BUT The box of the item was cover of black heavy dirty dust ! And taped all around and half broken ! Not a great feeling to receive that in a clean home and environment... hope they will do better next time !”

“We ordered a bath panel online. It arrived without fixings. We have continually tried to contact Victoria Plumbing but get a standard email back saying they will be in touch and they never do. We have had to purchase fixings elsewhere at an EXTRA cost to be able to use the panel. Extremely disappointed”
