“Ordered and took two weeks to arrive, that was not stated when I purchased item despite COVID. None the less very happy with the product and is a good quality and well made. It was very easy to fit and I didn’t have to drill new holes in the tiles. So happy”

“Your response to customer contact is very poor. I appreciate the impact of the current situation but emails chasing orders remain unanswered as do emails regarding missing items from deliveries when the eventually materialise! You could definitely do better!”

“My order arrived very switftly. When I installed the shower it turned out the wall-bracket had a faulty part in which the threads were bare. I reported the issue and a replacement was sent out very promptly.”

“My order has been delivered to someone called Kenny - not delivered to me, at my address - and no replies to my queries. I think you need to find a better way of making sure items are delivered to the right person. I know no one called Kenny in the area, and I can't understand why your couriers would leave it/someone would accept the parcel at a random address, following GPS....... I look forward to someone sorting this.”

“Atrocious customer service. Items received damage in shabby second hand boxes in little more than a plastic bag, reported to Victorian Plumbing within five minutes of receipt but two weeks later they’ve failed to respond! AVOID AT ALL COST”

“I received a damaged shower tray. I attached pictures of the damage to two emails, and when I chased up the non response with an online chat, I was asked to photograph it yet again so that you could tell what sort of tray it was. You know that from the order! My case 2345163 still hasn't been resolved. I've sent proof of the damage - All I want is a replacement. It's not rocket science. Very annoying.”

“Very unhappy paid for the better model toilet& sink combo & all fittings, so there wouldn't be a problem, the systren would not sit square on to toilet, there was a gap, when you aligned bolt holes up, the systern over hung 15 mill, one side? So it looked lopsided, it leaked which ever way you tried to solve it, clearly no factory quality control by pictures you can see it ruff and not well made, so many leaks now waiting on a reply by email nothing yet very unhappy, it wouldn't let me upload the shoddy toilet”
