“Dirty product received, manufacturing date missing, product faulty, customer service number not manned, chat line did not resolve the issue, 5 to 7 days to respond to a customer complaint. The request for a review has grammatical errors. Zero stars would have been more accurate.”

“My experience with VP was overall good. Once my order was dispatched communicated was great! The only downside was how long it took my order to be dispatched and the estimated delivery time kept moving. I am happy with my products however!”

“Victoria Plumbing has a huge range of items and I found what I needed. The details on the products are extensive and impressive, I managed to find the exactly what I was looking for, but only as part a kit. It took quite a long time to actually talk to someone on the computer chat assistance (I fully understand that normal working is topsy turvey at present so didn't mind too much) to find out if I could buy just one part of the kit, the assistant was able to give me an answer and I placed my order. Item arrived quickly, good quality and well packed. Thank you”

“Very sorry to have used this company. The shower we bought had a wrong bar valve supplied so it was impossible for the plumber to fit it. But has been impossible to contact the company over the last 10 days to get the right part, as they do not reply to emails, or answer the telephone, or respond to their website's "Faulty Goods" app. Their customer service is utterly appalling and we are left with no shower - having paid for one - plus a call-out bill from a plumber.”
