“Victorian Plumbing website easy to purchase from. The delivery company was due on Wednesday and turned up on Thursday with no phone call. The driver was very kind and helped lift it to the path rather than leaving it on the road as per their social distancing policy. He explained they had an agency driver the previous day.”

“I am still awaiting reply so as to rectify my order which arrived damaged. How long do I need to wait for your team to sort this out. Its two weeks already and several emails apologing about the delay but no actual response in the matter.”

“Quick delivery but terrible customer services. Phone lines are open for trading customer only. For non-trading customer get emails only support and it takes many days to get a reply. I got a damaged item and plumber was onsite but not reply for over a week. A lot of tension but no option. I had similar issue with one of their competitor, p***world, and I got reply with 2 hours and replacement arrived next day. So, as long as you don't need to contact Victorian Plumbing, it's fine. Otherwise AVOID.”

“Very good quality , nice and shiny. Very easy to install. The only thing you will need reductors from 1/2 to 3/4 for UK market and we did not realize this from the very beginning.”

“Unfortunately received a faulty radiator thermostatic valve. Took 6 weeks and a lot of chasing up before it was resolved and a replacement sent out. Otherwise a good service.”

“Appalling customer service! We are still waiting for a radiator. One radiator did arrived but arrived in a terrible state. I also need to return some valves. I emailed Victorian Plumbing 10 days ago and I still haven't heard from them. It's not possible to contact them over the phone. I can't print off a returns form either so I can't do anything until they contact me. So still waiting!”
