“Order dispatched on the 17/06. Still waiting for delivery. Sent an email chasing, which states they have a backlog of orders. I fully understand this, but why send an email saying the item has left the factory. What am I paying delivery for!!!!!”

“Victorian Plumbing website easy to purchase from. The delivery company was due on Wednesday and turned up on Thursday with no phone call. The driver was very kind and helped lift it to the path rather than leaving it on the road as per their social distancing policy. He explained they had an agency driver the previous day.”
