“I have two issues. Firstly, a sample wallboard, ordered on 08 July has still not arrived. I would like that cash refunded as we have gone ahead and bought the boards anyway, elsewhere. Secondly, the shower screen I received was damaged and so far, the only response I have had is a collection of automated emails apologising for the delay in replying to my request for a replacement screen. Meanwhile the plumber and I are on hold until we get a new screen. 5-7 working days to respond to emails is terrible customer service and makes me ask why. Are there so many problems for you to deal with? I have sent photos of the damaged screen and still only automated responses. Meanwhile our shower remains unusable.”

“Easy to order online, good communications during the delivery period which was slightly extended due to the Covid-19 restrictions. The item arrived in good condition and was well protected. The delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience and the basin unit has been fitted and looks good.”

“Very happy with goods ordered - however delivery was a bit haphazard with first delivery on day before arranged when no one in and serving delivery at two times the next next with sink on one delivery and pedestal a couple of hours later - very odd.”

“I have ordered a couple of items and packaging was great but I was disappointed with my last order. My items were wet to the extent that the manual leaflet was wet and stuck together that I had to dry it and you can't see other words of instructons”

“We had a broken tile that I emailed about several times with no response. The night before my tiler came I laid out my 9 patterned tiles to realise that 1 of the 9 patterns was missing. I have therefore paid for a broken tile and missing tiles. As my tiler was coming the next day I could not send them back. I am unhappy with the lack of communication from Victorian Plumbing and have been put off buying tiles with them again.”

“Dirty product received, manufacturing date missing, product faulty, customer service number not manned, chat line did not resolve the issue, 5 to 7 days to respond to a customer complaint. The request for a review has grammatical errors. Zero stars would have been more accurate.”
