“Whilst ordering and delivery of our order was completely satisfactory, unfortunately when there is a problem, I had to wait 45 minutes on the phone to be able to speak to a customer services representative. The recorded voice kept changing the waiting time. The products supplied are exactly what we wanted and the use of the website was very easy.”

“Price was very reasonable. Would’ve been good to know the delivery date (at least roughly) when the order was placed, and the time of the delivery was much earlier than previously advised, so would’ve been good if the tracking was more correct. But otherwise happy!”

“Overall good.Some marks on units which I didn't notice until fixed to wall which was acceptable.Plastic dummy front fixing on toilet unit snapped and after sending pic to vp have had no reply so have ordered from eBay . Something like like this which is made to be removed should be a metal not plastic.Good price and looks good but cheap fixings.”

“Purchased tap with ?free waste did not notice till waste arrived and it did not fit sink. Spoke to victoria plumbing about swapping but was led to purchase another waste. Wouldnt use again”

“Hello, I did email you about the toilet seat not functioning properly and the leaking sink waste but you have not replied yet. The delivery was a week and a day …. ordered on Sunday evening and delivered a week Monday in the morning. You advertise a lot shorter than that. That's why you only have a mid range review. The cabinets were good quality and well packaged. Will this generate a reply? Thanks Derek Wisniewski”

“I'm afraid I wouldn't order from Victorian Plumbing again, simply because the product was delivered on a pallet (actually 2 pallets nailed together with extra bits) which you insist on us keeping. So 2 pensioners, one disabled, had to set to with saws and hammers to get the thing away from the pavement in front of our house.Ridiculous!”

“The purchase process was easy. However the delivery part was shambolic. I think the carrier made 3 attempts to deliver. Then on the last attempt I had the delivery driver ring me saying he had ran out of sdblue and he actually got quite shirty with me. I had to point out that I was not coopers carriers! We asked for an hour pre call due to being on holiday and everytime they called when they were nearly at the delivery site. The reason for the pre call was that the builder had to drive to the delivery site to take delivery. Like I said web ordering easy. Delivery shambolic!”

“Couldn’t get through on the phone to ask a question regarding a suite we wanted to buy. 10 min wait first time and 22 min wait second time. Tried the online chat to get no reply. Ended up driving over to Formby as a result- 90 min drive. Surprised at how small and unimpressive the show rooms are. Having said this the staff were really helpful although clearly understaffed. Your marketing is clearly your strength. Bought a superb suite, arrived on time and looks great now fitted. Product excellent. It’s the customer service that needs looking at.”

“Lead to believe there were clips with bath panel, by your phone in advisor, no clips. Impossible to use toilet foot clamps, toilet badly designed, overall advisors don't know what you get in the package, training needed, lack of communication.”
