“Delivery wasn’t very fast and one item was damaged. Another item was of very poor quality.”

“Took a while to arrive, all of the order was fine, only issue is with the shower valve i bought, for nearly £200 it should come with a selection of connections for the hot/cold feeds, it is 3/4 sized which is very hard to get a suitable connector to reduce to 15mm pipe, having some issues with this and think it would be good service to have options available.”

“Bath came quickly. Delivery company was patient with time to look at delivery to check it over. However the bath did have some small chips that you couldn’t see until you removed the protective layer and it was also missing one of the support legs so we ended up using the old ones. It’s installed, looks nice and does the job!”

“Great products, quickly delivered however the delivery driver was not able to bring the items to our door (not allowed on the drive which is 300m long). He helped as much as he could, however, when you're receiving delivery of large items you really need them to be delivered to the door. We were stood at the top of the drive in the rain trying to negotiate the delivery. Other retailers are able to come onto the drive (something to do with insurance). We live in the Cotswolds so hardly a difficult task to deliver? Such a shame.”

“As I am disabled I wasn't happy that the delivery man wanted to leave my shower screen on my doorstep. Begrudgingly he just put it in my hallway. You also advised I should check the goods were okay and allowed 15 minutes for this.. Thats wasn't going to happen. Fortunately when my guy came to fit it, it was all there.”

“The ordering process seemed to be slick with in some cases a handy pop-up appearing suggesting additional essential items when adding items to the basket. The experience following checkout requires attention though. The purchase confirmation screen that appears includes some instructions to be noted for pallet deliveries. This stated that I had to check all items for damage before the driver leaves or victorian plumbing will not be held liable. This was a concern to me as it was quite a few items on my order. The email confirmation of the order however stated that I had 48 hours to check for damage which gave me a bit more comfort. You need to sort that anomaly though and be clear about what is required. Despatch and Delivery was painfully slow. The order was placed on 6th August. I ordered a bunch of items from a similar company on the same day. The items from that company arrived on 10th August yet I was still awaiting an update on the order status from Victorian Plumbing. The order was finally despatched on 11th August however the items did not arrive until 17th August. There was no communication from despatch until the 16th of August when I received a call saying they would deliver the following day. The online tracker originally said 15th August and the item seemed to sit at the delivery depot for a couple of days. The delivery driver however was very courteous and pleasant and was at pains to ensure that he offloaded the pallet carefully and that I was happy with where the pallet was being placed.”

“Delivery was within 5 days although not happy with the delivery company who told me they would call an hour before delivery but actually called while sitting outside house so had to rush back. Shower enclosure is nice and good quality but instructions supplied and instructions on internet do not match the shower. Wasted 2 hours trying to suss out how it went together. Also a couple of seals missing.”
