“I’m et happy with the bathroom yet the delivery wasn’t very helpful- I had to phone up and find out where bathroom was. Then my plumber found bathroom dumped outside the property - no one rung to say it was there”

“I would rate the customer service as very good, but unfortunately we had to return a radiator as the wrong BTU information was listed on their website, (not so good). This resulted in a faff to have to collect it from the place we had it delivered to and organising the return and finding another one etc. Otherwise a good service.”

“I wouldnt use again as the part wasnt right for my job and it cost me £14 to send it back to you. I`ll be sticking to shops like screwfix & toolstation even if the price is slighty more. free and no hassle to return”

“Items were delivered a day earlier than i had scheduled and it was lucky i was off given that it is only kerb side delivery. Items are still in the box so cannot comment on the quality.”

“Everything arrived as plans just had difficulties contacting as said opening hours but wasn’t open at stated times.We also asked for a discount which we said would be looked at but no one got back to us.”

“Products average but the price reflects this so its value for money. Let down by the delivery options, £25 paid and no option for times or weekends, I had to take a days holiday from work which I didn’t want to use for this.”

“Ordering issues on line, unable to verify if my credit card had been accepted or not etc. needed to order over the phone and received an email confirmantion, but not a proper looking invoice. On delivery, items incredibly heavy and had to help the driver lift items off of the van, and then one item missing, subsequently replaced very quickly (although a lot of haggling with a Victorian Plumbing member of staff on the on line chat on Saturday 12 October). Everything is sorted now, and maybe I have been a little unlucky in the ordering / delivery process, but not as seamless as I would have hoped. Your staff, however, remained courteous and professional throughout my difficulties, so for this aspect I am very satisfied and grateful.”

“Very impressed with the products and prices but unfortunately my husband ordered the wrong size unit and I was really disappointed to discover that we would have to pay a courier to collect it. It will put me off ordering from you again unfortunately.”

“Overall pleased with what I ordered although instructions are very vague for certain products! The 5 days delivery for £25 was a bit disappointing. Would use again but you can’t beat seeing the product properly before buying in my opinion.”

“Overall I am happy with the service. Communication regarding delivery could have been a bit better. I had a pallet delivered and it was not clear as to when I should expect to receive a call to arrange the delivery. Also, I am very unhappy with the condition of the bin I ordered, picture attached. It's absolutely filthy and not how I expect to receive any goods.”

“The main problem was the delivery using DX. They tried to deliver when we were out, and then proved almost uncontactable. The tracking code didn't work on their website, nor did their telephone service. They didn't try to redeliver until I sent an 'emergency' e-mail. And VP didn't supply thermo valves for my towel rail. All pretty mediocre, I'd say.”
