“Item arrived broken, delayed response to emails, too long waiting time when calling, however no fuss replacement and never spoke to anyone.”

“Good products when they are delivered in tact. Had a broken cistern, quite a drawn out process to arrange replacement. Lid of the replacement was broken (have managed to get a full set despite this). Next day delivery didn’t arrive next day. Contacting them didn’t receive a response.”

“Most of the bathroom suit and ensuite kit was ok. I had to order a new waste from wickes due to the one from VP kept cross threading so leaked. Be careful when ordering a toilet kit because it asks you to purchase a cistern, not required because a cistern is in the kit to start with. so charged me for an additional cistern.”

“Ordered some valves off the website and picked the ones that were Anthracite, on delivery, I was sent grey ones. Not the end of the world, however on the website the grey valves have the Anthracite valves picture on them. The biggest gripe for me is, i paid £19.99 for the valves and £3.95 delivery. Now i have the wrong valves and need to return them, to send back 2nd class would be £3, plus £1.75 for the right packaging to return the valves, meaning it has cost me £8.70. This means that i have effectively paid an extra 44% cost on the product i didn't need. Based on other online/e-commerce companies this is not very good, as it others provide a free return, which is deeply frustrating and when mentioned to the advisor on the phone when obtaining a return reference, they did not show any desire to find a better solution or try to resolve to ensure i got the right ones.”

“Prices are quite good but tempered by high delivery costs. I was not at all impressed by being left with a large pallet to dispose of or the excessive amount of plastic wrap used to wrap the delivery. Their customer service justifies this as a) being in their T&C and b) to ensure safe transport. Not convinced on either count.”

“Unsure i received exactly the item in photo... acceptable but not as expected Delivery company they used to my area was appalling Arranged 30 min notice , as property empty, day before, as was given 9-5 time slot could not wait all day ... Driver arrived , was rude and eventually after waiting less than 15 mins, I was on route, asked my builder , back from lunch, to sign, swore at him and the bath was left on the pavement... I found him just round corner as he’d driven off so quickly had to slow to put on his seat belt”

“Only had 2 minutes warning of when delivery would arrive so lucky that someone was in to collect it! A couple of small parts were missing from the order and experienced plumber said installing the shower was really tricky due to bad instructions.”

“service was a little awkward in that delivery has to be signed for and that was not particularly convenient especially for small orders. The tiles are ok but I was hoping for the price for them to be little better quality.”

“First order dispatched and received swiftly, second order not so, two weeks on and nothing, tried tracking order not despatched so I then have to call CS ten minutes holding...email updates with info would be useful on items not sent within seven days! Would save your CS time and customers frustration.”

“All in all a good service. I do have a problem with the bath as the base is not flat and has a recessed well. This leaves a pool of water on emptying no matter how far a gradiant is put on the bath. It is fully installed now so too late and too costly to change.”

“Disappointed with your courier. Dumped two pallets onto the pavement in front of the house. Delivered to my relative who has mental issues. Arranged for a friend to be present but she was running late. However even if she was there for delivery she wouldn't have been able to take it into the property. She had to arrange for her son to take it into the property on his return from work. Despite that, the quality of the products purchased were excellent.”

“Ordering experience fine but let down by delivery! Told I would receive call one hour before delivery and had requested latest delivery possible / no call and delivered around 12.30 lunchtime so pallets left on drive with neighbour signing!.”
