“My shower is looking good, however there is a bracket missing from the bottom of one of the doors, so cannot be used yet and also the post that the doors attach to was missing. These combined mean that I have had to send the plumbers away but I will have to pay for half a day that they had no work as they had planned to be doing mine. The replacement bracket has still no arrived!”

“Goods turned up on time and not damaged. Other stuff we ordered came from a different company which turned up 5 days after and wasn’t told this when placed order.”

“Product arrived in good condition and on time. There were no instructions nor brackets of any kind. This purchase was in my opinion more suited to a plumber than a member of the public.”

“Ordering was easy and really pleased with our purchases. Shame it was delivered taped all together on a pallet and not help with bringing it inside on a rainy day so left in front of my front door.”

“Excellent products and easy to use website, but the courier company they use for the Isle of Wight are beyond hopeless, missed their promised delivery times/days three times, without and apology. I had to chase them and take extra days off work to wait in .....very annoying and they really didn’t care!”

“The buying process was smooth and the product is good, but unfortunately the driver just ditched our whole bathroom suite on the pavement outside of the house. I was home with flu and he left me alone to try to unpackage the pallet on the pavement and carry everything inside by myself. Such a shame as the rest of the experience was good!”

“It would be helpful if you were informed before applying for the credit facility that any discounts would not apply. My order was dispatched from your depot very quickly however it then sat for over a week at the delivery company yard. Apparently they were waiting for me to contact them to arrange delivery despite the fact that you informed me that they would contact me. After trying for three days to talk to someone from your sales team I eventually managed to get their contact details from from you and arranged delivery.”

“Purchased the radiators and they were reduced 2 days later. They were much greyer than they appeared on the advert and some came without fixings, some came with. So far they are working and I’m getting lots of compliments on them but I do wish I’d waited or gone elsewhere as I wonder about quality given the inconsistency”

“The shower cubicle came as ordered, not sure if it was totally necessary in this day and age, when we are supposed to be cutting down on packaging etc. That it arrived on two wooden pallets nailed together plus a large amount of polythene wrapping, certainly wasn't friendly environmentally friendly. Also, it was cheaper to buy a whole enclosure, than just two shower doors, got to be some logic there somewhere !!”

“I bought a simple pair of toilet fixings, they were delivered and found to be perfectly acceptable, Unfortunately in fitting them I overtightened a rather weak part. I returned to the net and found no directions to obtain the part but the offered personal attentioninformed me that a source could be found but it might take a few minutes. I abandoned the site after an hour. I found an alternative and the parts were delivered within two days. I need a new bath panel, would you go back to V ictoria?”

“The unit is fine but I ordered 800 x 400 in size yet when it came it was 800 x 385 and this made all the difference as the son I had was 15mm too big,I had to get a joiner in at a cost of £50 to pack the unit out”

“Staff offered excellent advice to follow and sent email as promised in a very timley manner. The issue I have with the company is the 18 minutes on hold whilst waiting to be attended to, the message telling me 15mins to go and then going upto 16 min to go become almost intolerable. Who is expected to wait 18 mins plus the actual call time to get a problem sorted out whilst having the pleasure of paying for the call.”
