All items are fine and as ordered. Delivery was poorly executed - well outside of estimated times. I was informed I would receive a call half an hour before it arrived. I received the call 10 minutes after it had arrived...would not hurry to use Victorian Plumbing again - it set our job back a few weeks

A huge pallet turned up with no mention of this being the method of delivery with the delivery company unable to get it to my door. The pallet leached blue paint all over the place due to inclement weather... The pallet was stacked in a way that everything was just thrown on without any thought of items dropping out of the bottom. I would think twice before using this company again.

Two separate orders; one item was slightly damaged in the first, and the second delivery arrived 24hrs late even though I had paid for next day delivery.

Good product range, good delivery, but frustrating return process that puts you off ordering. I wanted to exchange an item and there was no option to have the new one sent and old one picked up.

The good is that the price and choice was good. However the seat I ordered stated it fitted most toilets only to find the seat did not fit top fitting toilets. I have returned it. I am still waiting on my refund 3 days later.

My order is perfect and I’m very happy with the radiators but was shocked that the delivery service from Ramage just expected to leave my items on the driveway to bring indoors myself. There was no way i could lift one radiator, let alone 3! Luckily the delivery man willingly helped me after I ask. But did tell me it wasn’t the companies policy. I was really shocked by this.

Online purchase and arrangement of delivery was fine. However, was frustrated by the kerbside delivery..being heavily pregnant with three radiators left in the street is not ideal! Also, not great that they cannot take the wooden pallets away..as a customer you are left to dispose of them yourself. Not acceptable.

The quality of the goods seems good. The website was easy to use and there was a good range of really nice-looking products. The delivery came on time. The only issue was that our pallet of bulky, heavy items was left by the delivery driver on the pavement, as he could wheel them over our gravel drive. I was at home with my toddler and this was not ideal! Luckily my husband came home to help me move it. I understand if this is the only delivery option, but I was not expecting it to be so inconvenient or to involve so much manual labour. I think this should have been made clearer on the site.

Arrived on time. Packaging was impossible and complete overkill so difficult to handle or store with a kerbside delivery. Problems getting valves to seal.

When I phoned customer service to get more information about this product, it was obvious the agent had no clue and no concept of plumbing at all. I have since bought the product anyway, and currently being installed.

The delivery men said they had not been informed I had paid for a special delivery so were not too happy about unwrapping the item, taking away the pallet and bringing it upstairs. They did not wait while I examined the shower doors to see that they were in perfect condition.

Good service re ordering and keeping us informed and delivered on time. However, our single box of twelve medium sized tiles came on a full size pallet! As a result three out of twelve tiles were broken. Not so great.

Ordering from Victorian plumbing is easy enough and delivery was pretty quick. The goods were slightly damaged (not by shipment or a failure of the packaging) and the quality of the finishing was not the best. However upon review we decided that you get what you pay for and the bathroom cabinet wasn't expensive so on balance we are satisfied with the service we received from the company.

Products are of an excellent quality. Before ordering, little old ladies on a budget would be well advised to take a course of weight training to receive kerbside deliveries.

Yeah... your return policy needs reviewed we ordered one wrong part after spending hundreds of pounds on your bathroom furniture. To return this product we were told it would cost us £50 pounds. This is total madness. I even sujested that the delivery driver takes away the part when he drops off the part that we needed but no. That not policy. You should review how this part of your business works
