“The bath panel was split top and bottom. I also paid for a 2 person delivery where I got to pick a day which it was delivered. However, it wasn't delivered on that day and had to waste and had to waste 2 whole days to wait in. And now saying I can't have my delivery charge refunded. Never using again.”

“The delivery time was OK but the shower I ordered, for a 900x800 quadrant tray, is too short in both directions (presumably sized to be set against the plaster with tiling lapping over onto the sower tray, my shower tray is set against the tiles and there is not enough adjustment) so I have had to order two aluminium box sections to extend the shower enclosure back to the walls...”

“Very poor customer service - received a faulty waste fitting and asked for a replacement or refund. Very slow, mostly automated response and still no satisfaction after 11 days. Not too much to ask, surely ?”

“There were people in when the delivery men arrived but they made no effort to get anyone’s attention before giving up and leaving. I had to phone up and find out what had happened to the delivery as the tracker just said it was undelivered. When I called up I was told there had been no one in and they had been at the address for 10 mins which I know for a fact is not true. The chap I spoke to didn’t apologise at all and was very unhelpful. The delivery arrived the next day and the delivery men were very nice and helpful this time. Has put me off purchasing from VP again though!”

“looks good but wouldnt last more than couple of year , toilet seat doesnt stay up , cracked vanity units could go on but thats normal these days for anything you buy nowadays”

“Some items were delivered fine. Had a smashed toilet cistern delivered. They sent a replacement, but it wasn't loaded onto the van. Whilst they were trying to find it on the van they were climbing all over the boxes in there - so I imagine thats how the first one broke. I then had to push for next day delivery of the replacement instead of 5 days later.”

“Bath delivered without legs - on contacting them said would be checked and sorted. A week later still no legs and after ringing again told they have no spares and have referred back to manufacturer who happens to be in China, so can’t chase up legs as everything by email and not phone. Bathroom at a standstill as can’t do tiling until bath in place!”

“packaging had been resealed,various components were not packed and sealed,fingerprints and scratches on chrome work. Quite obvious the item had been returned faulty and sent straight out again without being checked. Very dissapointed.”

“We placed 3 separate orders, the first robe hook and toilet role holder one was out of stock so we waited about three weeks for the items. Shower soap tray which is great and turned up promptly. Vertical radiator which arrived by elaborate pallet and had still suffered minor damage, fortunately to rear of it so will live with it, so the elaborate pallet delivery was a waste from my point of view. So to sum up one in three of the deliveries I'm happy with but the supplied products seem fine quality wise.”

“Delivery service is awful. Not told it was via a pallet and my shower would be left outside in the rain... luckily the delivery guy went over and above and helped me dismantle the packaging and move it inside! Very poor. I am now stuck with a wooden crate to dispose of and a sore back!”

“Kind of my mistake, but something that nobody would notice: Recently, I have received a sink, I did a quick visual check, the box and sink looked OK, then I was waiting for a plumber to come along and install it and after 32 days, when the plumber arrived, tried to fit the sink in, he found it was broken almost in half. There was a crack that was not visible in a first go. After conversation with Victoria Plumbing support, instead of offering a fair-play solution, I got a discount of only 5%. I would accept 50%, but this is just a joke and I am going to spread this message everywhere I can, because I am not a satisfied customer, I just wasted £135 for nothing! It was broken maybe before it was packed or during the transport, but it is not my problem, I did treat the parcel very carefully, but the company was not or put their trust in an unreliable delivery company. It is always the same, you save £20 against local market, but then lost £135. Seriously, when I checked local stores I realized I will pay less for a better quality sink, if you wanna save some money and troubles stay away from this kind of companies.”

“The product range and delivery were excellent, alongside the interest free credit. Marking as poor however, as I submitted a query before spending another large sum on additional parts, but was only replied to by an automated system apologising for not replying yet.”
