“I did not appreciate being misled by the picture of the suite which included the end panel. It was a considerable inconvenience to have to order the end panel separately. Having a note at the bottom of the product details stating that the end panel is not included is not good enough.”

“The driver who delivered the shower said you have got 10 min to check everything. It was start to rain and he did not even wait 5 min and then he asked me to sign om his mobile device.”

“Customer service is nonexistent. Had an issue with a ceramic basin and received no reply from Victorian Plumbing. The true measure of a company is how they handle problems, Victorian Plumbing are awful.”

“Ordered a shower and when it arrived the box was unsealed and very battered . Emailed them and they said there’s nothing they can do - just hope everything is in the box that should be there when it comes to be fitted”

“The products are all good (although yet to fit some of them). The delivery date was given as a Monday. My partner and I booked the Monday and Tuesday off. Daily phone calls to palletways and every time they detailed the courier’s route and ensured it would be with us by 5pm both days. It arrived on Wednesday. We had taken the additional day as holiday (now 3 days sitting at home) and didn’t have time to fit anything before the weekend. The savings in cost and practicality are lost and we may as well have paid extra and bought it direct from a shop and driven it away.”

“Ordered sink with floor cupboard for cloakroom. One door doesn’t close flush to the other. I am left with one sticking out a little and not in line. Which is annoying as it has been fitted. Other than that it is a good product at reasonable price”

“sizing are a little off small toilet but basin was very large try make sure the basin is equivalent to the toilet etc”

“I reported a faulty shower valve, with a fault that is a manufacturing problem, in that the thread on one of the outlet ports is missing. This is due to poor quality control, and I am being penalised by having to wait for a response, let alone the replacement. I am also waiting for a chrome unslotted basin waste, which I was told was in stock on the 18th. Still no sign of that either. I'm not very impressed.”

“When originally putting in a request for support of a product it seemed to vanish. I had to follow it up over a month or so later to get a response. It was liked i'd been forgotten. And in the end the result was one that went in my favour so double negative really.”

“Delivery service not great at all. How is my wife expected to get the delivery inside? It was left on the doorstep until I got home to help. I think it's bad that someone delivering big bulky items will not step foot in the house - it is unreasonable to expect one person to carry a whole bathroom suite into a house where your delivery turns up with a tail lift and 2 people. Luckily it wasn't raining. I will not be using Victorian Plumbing again due to this. Further to this, the instructions given with the bathroom are very poor. Luckily I have fitted a few now but for anyone not familiar with bathroom fittings would really struggle.”

“Got to be honest, the bathroom items I’ve bought are great quality, but your delivery arrangements are a nightmare! I don’t see why customers can’t pay for a set delivery date with a two man delivery! Your delivery policy could be perceived to be discriminatory towards people who are not able to carry their own items in off the street but need certainty of a delivery date. Also, when my partner and I placed the order we asked prior to placing the order in May if it could be delivered in July, we were told ‘yes that fine’ By a customer service person at Victorian plumbing, and had a nightmare with the courier company and it getting sent back etc. Systems aren’t talking to each other!”
