“Delivery date on one item has been repeatedly pushed back. Each time it is due in, it is pushed back again. The queue to get through on the phone is very long and emails are not responded to for a number of days. As a result items that are in stock and awaiting dispatch are not sent out despite repeated requests for them to be sent. The worst thing is not being able to get hold of someone on the phone or get a timely reply to email. Staff are friendly and helpful when you finally speak to them but don't always do what they say they will.”

“although stated on website, delivery to the roadside is very unhelpful. I had no text or email to let me know when they were coming so was on my own with a 7foot high bathroom package on pallets! How you are supposed to get that in the house on you own is a mystery to me.”

“Ordered over 3,000. Had one damaged item, sent 2 emails days ago with no response? Sent pictures of the damaged item? Called no reply but told waiting time was 15 minuets? Not the outcome I hoped? If they read this they might respond?”

“Items arrived well and in good time however, my partner was left with a pallet outside of a block of flats and no support in getting this to the first floor and told it will collapse when I open it! This would have been extremely useful to know ahead of time to allow for suitable arrangements.”

“The toilet seat I bought was slow closing. I had great difficulty in following the instructions when fitting and asked a man I knew to assist. Now it won't stay up for long enough when lifting the lid in order to use it, which is very awkward.”

“on first glance ok, then found toilet split where screws fit this was minor irritation as could not be seen. sink & toilet fitted with units looks good, then found leak from toilet checked pipes ok, condensation to much water, plumber back toilet out leak found to be from bowl, poor casting/ more likely shoddy repair as casting different colour from main casting, old toilet re-fitted. Plumber happy ( more money ) I'm not impressed. Awaiting reply”

“First time I have needed to return items to Victorian plumbing and now know you get no help whatsoever. VictoriaPlum picked up my package at no charge the next day. This will influence my preference for future orders”

“The tray was supplied along with a riser kit . The riser kit was a piece of tat. It wouldn't fit properly and I ended up due to time constraints replacing it with a Mira flight tray and riser kit which went in easy and is top quality. The shower screen had cheap fittings and chocolate screws and after a struggle managed to fit it. Altogether poor quality items , cheaply made and a nightmare to fit. Never again”

“Palletways called to organise delivery. They said 12pm the following day. Partner waited in all day and at 3pm still no delivery. Called palletways and asked where it was and they said it was down for 5pm and he didn’t know who’s told us the 12pm time. Didn’t apologise. Toilet said it came with fittings and instructions and neither were inside the box. Emailed and asked about getting some sent and was told the fittings are sold separately. Very misleading.”
