“Very disappointed as product damaged in arrival and no response to emails”

“I brought a shower that was faulty on install, the plumber called the manufacturer Bristan who after going through some things with him that the shower unit is faulty. I contacted Victoria Plumb two days ago and they said they would investigate, heard nothing so far and haven’t had a working shower since last Tuesday, 10 days ago, no response from Victoria plumbing and tried to call to chase up issue and held on for over an hour before being cut off”

“I was not happy with your delivery service- had a large item delivered with no time slot or call to say when it was due to be delivered -and it was left on my door step in the rain! If we are paying for a delivery service I would expect a time slot !”

“The system itself if excellent, my problem was is the flexible hose for for the sink. a, They are to short for the correct assembly of the unit. Creating an increase in the plumbers bill. b, Metal covered hoses in this wet environment (internal cistern) will create rust and malfunction due to metal rust pieces. c, Third email on subject.”

“I tried to place my order a couple of times before the order actually was accepted and went through. Delivery was poor I had a driver turn up with a pallet full of goods (over £700 worth) and left it wrapped on my driveway. When asked if he could bring in or take around the back his answer was “no it’s just a roadside delivery”, bearing in mind it was chucking it down with rain and I was home alone to move the pallet.”

“We have used Victoria Plumbing for 2 orders. The first we got without problems. The second order we got 1 item wrong size (not the item code but was inside the box), taking into account that we paid for next day deliver, the customare service has been very bad, they send me an email saying that will deliver the replacing item in one day, but never happend. Nobody contact me to solve the issue after I have called them 5 times. I ended up spending more money for the plumber to come back again to fix the item.”

“The whole process was slow. There was no communication. When it was finally packed and sent to my local dispatch hub a Internet Failure error stopped the delivery. The delivery firm contacted Victorian Plumbing for advice as they had no way to contact me. Instead of Victorian Plumbing contacting me to tell me they had rescheduled delivery for the next day i found out ours later when i phoned the delivery firm. Poor service and wasted time taking a day off to receive delivery. I am yet to find out if the product will last.”

“When unwrapped had a very very tiny Mark on top of the seat disappointing because taken off old one fitted new one to discover the tiny mark it was not checked before sending, thinking that’s why I received it never thought Victoria Plumbing would do this.”

“Products are great the delivery was very poor! I took a photograph of the huge package which the delivery guy would only leave at the door. I am over 60 and had no one at home to help. I was told if I wanted assistance with the package into my house I would have to pay extra. Luckily the electrician was at a point where he could help, he commented on the poor delivery service and how it was left right up against his vehicle. What a shame that this let the experience down.”

“I paid £45 for their top level delivery and this was meant to include removal of all packaging. Delivery person refused to take it. What a huge amount of money for a very average service.”

“Quality was good but I found the delivery a huge problem. I asked for an hours notice to get home because I work 29 miles away from home. I received a phone call and the delivery driver was in my drive waiting for me. The email received that morning said that it was a kerbside delivery and couldn’t be taken inside the house by the driver. This is unacceptable what if I was elderly or disabled?”
