“All items we ordered were delivered on time and in great condition. We were able to pick a day that we wanted it delivered on too. The website was good and easy to use and I liked the recommendations that are provided when you add a product to your basket. I found the dimensions part of each product really helpful when making my decision and it was always easy to find. One of the main reasons we chose victorian plumbing for our bathroom was that was such a wide selection too; we were able to pick exactly what we wanted without having to compromise. Overall, we have had a great experience so far. *****”

“A tap I ordered was not the right one. It was sent back in original package and extra packing material used to protect the tap in transit. When this company received it they stated it was damaged, it was not. Apparently there is no refund and no offer has been made to send it back to me for inspection and photos supplied do not show me the damage the company are claiming”

“Prices were competitive, delivery service was awful. My delivery was abandoned outside my house under the cover of darkness. When I used their online service to enquire why my delivery was late they took more than a week to respond. Unlikely to use again.”

“The bathroom suite that I ordered was amazing , one small problem the wrong taps were sent. I'm hoping that will be resolved. I also had a problem with transportation, however, Victorian plumbing resolved my problem fast and effectively.Over all very good”

“I’ve never been so let down by the delivery service, this will be to date the second attempt to deliver and I still have not received my goods, this will certainly put me off from making any future purchases from Victoria plumbing if this is the level of service being provided.”
