“Online products could do with a little more info. Solid metal product that has a plastic cover should really say that. On the whole so far its all good”

“Good quick service. Product was as described and fits. one thing. Your contract is with PDP to deliver it. But before I had confirmation I had a fake text claiming to be from Hermes asking to re-schedule my delivery. While I get these occasionally I can't help feeling there is a connection to the PDP delivery - issue with the software?”

“Products arrived in good condition. Delivery driver was courteous and helpful (moved pallet into garage as requested). Deducted 1 star as delivery company didn't get in touch the day before to arrange drop as stated on website. Driver called on the way to drop off. Wasn't an issue on the day as I was in, but would have been an problem if not! Also my quidco cashback didn't track despite having cookies enabled for the transaction so have had to raise a claim manually. Had the same issue with a purchase from here earlier this year as well.”

“Victorian plumbing where very helpful in solving our problems with the delivery company. It did take a while for the tiles to be deliver as they got damaged first time but Victorian plumbing sent a replacement next day. So overall OK service. One tile was damaged in the new box.”
