“All went well with my order and then it seemed to get stuck over the weekend in Palletways depot but looking back it was delivered in 3 working days. Delivery by pallet may be the safest method but for a shower screen it seems OTT and is expensive as well as a pain cutting 2 pallets up to get rid of them.”

“Received the goods as planned. Although the height of the package (the way it had been packed) was such that it was taller than could fit in my garage so had to take it all to bits in my driveway which my wife wouldn’t have managed if it was her receiving the package. Quality of the product was very good. Instructions not the clearest and I’ve done a lot of DIY. a few things like “redrill the predrilled holes” in the instructions but there were no predrilled holes in the section it talked about. Once installed the product looked excellent and is a good addition to the bathroom. This far , all is good with the product. Would recommend the goods completely and fitting yourself if you are a competent DIYer.”

“Great value items and easy to order. Quality of toilet seat was disappointing (had to replace after purchasing) and first delivery date was not honoured although quickly rectified once I contacted the customer service team.”
