“Order process was easy, but delivery management was awful! No communication! Web order said delivery was promised on 11/11 but Palletways delivered on the 13th..on phoning pallet ways on 11/11 palletway staff member confirmed it was out for delivery...but it hadn’t been received at their local distribution centre! Phone them each successive day but the could not confirm a delivery time or day. Very customer unfriendly!”

“Very difficult to get hold of Victoria Plumbing by telephone. Slow response from E Mail contact. No prior warning of delivery date Product OK when it arrived”

“We ordered a bathroom sink that then needed to be returned. The ordering process was fine and delivery quick but returning orders not so easy. No courier is offered and the items can be large so arranging your own courier isn't so easy. I'd say use VP but make sure you don't need to return any items!”

“Tiles delivered but the pallet left on our drive. They didn't wait for us to move the 18 boxes so the pallet could be taken back. This left us with a wooden pallet we had no use for! So much for recycling and sustainability.”

“Most of your reviews will be biased as you realise, because customers will want to give a good review so they at least are in with a chance of winning the TV. I ordered an Old London shower rail kit which was pictured as having a white Adjuster and head handle, but when it arrived the Adjuster was Chrome!”

“I ordered a bath and a toilet. The goods arrived on the day given but I found the delivery system really unhelpful. They couldn’t give me a time slot on the day. The window was 9am - 5pm So it was difficult arranging some one to be here to help me get the bath up two flights of narrow stairs to my flat. The guy on the phone was grumpy and rude and the delivery guy did not want to wait around whilst I unpacked the goods on the street to check they were ok. Luckily they were and I was happy with the goods.”

“All items are exactly what we needed however one arrived extremely damaged. Contacted Victorian plumbing who said a replacement would be sent out the following day - heard nothing so had follow this up with another phone call the next day and waited a further day for one to be sent out.”

“The quality of the products are nice and good value for money. The issue I have is the way it’s delivered. I ordered a complete bathroom suit. 1 person delivered it, it was on a wooden pallet. It was heavily packaged, probably because the pallet is left out doors, and the delivery man said he couldn’t put the products inside. Removing all of the packaging was a task, then getting the bath, sink, toilet, shower screen etc which where all heavy, up the stairs was another task. I could have happily coped with that, however then having to dismantle the pallet, which had more than needed, sharp and extremely dangerous nails sticking out of it, then taking it to the local tip, was just an added irritation I didn’t need. In hind site I would rather have had the bathroom fitted by instillators.”

“Online ordering very easy, delivery not good. Emails received with tracking stating delivery day, arranged a day off only to receive a call that day saying it would not be delivered until the following day. Rude staff at the delivery company stating its the cheapest delivery and its what victorian plumbing pay for when they arrange free delivery and could only repeat "take it up with victorian plumbing"”

“good value for money ... but NOT happy with delivery drivers... as two men stood and watched me struggle with the bath into my home on my own and didn't help at all ..I asked if they cud help but said no... I struggled with a bad back as well ..and it was only 6ft into my home with no steps or obstacles . so not happy with service I received”

“Little longer than expected delivery - got given one date to start with (fri), which then changed to the following week (tues). Also had some damage to a toilet unit which I'm still waiting for a human to respond to (just had automated messages saying they're busy). Happy with how items look now they're fitted though.”
