“TV advert described free delivery but doesn't tell you it is on orders over £500 so somewhat misleading Not had time to install the goods as yet so cannot review them”

“We ordered 3 heaters and they looked good, but were advertised on line as 'Low Surface Temperature' heaters but they were not! The case got too hot. As these were for an elderly persons facillity we had to return them and send them back at our expense. Not the best experience due to mis- information on the advertisment.”

“was a little dirty. had to really give it a good wash before using it. the glue in the back (unknown reason as it's purpose)won't come off, spend at least half an hour to get it ready for use.”

“We ordered our goods from a catalogue we picked up in the shop, when we came to pay for them we found that they were dearer than we expected, it transpired that we had picked up a September catalogue and there had been an increase in October. A bit disappointing. However the gentleman dealing with us gave us a small reduction in the price.”

“Good but not sure why you had to leave large pallet on our front drive, would have been great if you offloaded the cardboard box with glass in it and took wood away. We have a huge statue outside which is difficult to dispose of.”

“The tallboy cabinet unit itself is fine - I quite like it - but it wobbles. I looked at the bottom and there is long rectangluar pad underneath each corner, but it still wobbles. So I put cardboard underneath and it wobbles less, but it still wobbles. So that's really annoying. So it gets a 3/5.”

“The product was fine, and as expected. But the delivery which was meant to be for a Friday, eventually was rescheduled to arrive the following Monday, which caused a massive inconvenience as my brothers and I were not home to receive the delivery to bring it indoors, so the products had to be left outdoors!!..and possibly stolen by some scavenging neighbours we have living few doors away. Would it have been that much of a big deal to deliver it inside atleast in the hallway?”

“Delivery time was slow and delivery was shocking. Dumped my delivery on the drive and went. I couldn’t move it on my own so had to leave it unsecured until I could get help. Awful”

“Placing the order was quite easy and dispatch of order and delivery was very good and efficient. The only downside was the delivery charge of £24.95 for delivery 2 boxes of tiles. I found this extremely expensive but due to moving and wanting to complete the bathroom which was left incomplete. I felt I had no choice but to pay. It would have been good to an option where you could pick up from the depo. The charge related to a pallet of tiles, I would not call 88 tiles a pallet load.”
