“Good choice of tiles, reasonable price. after sales service pretty poor - i asked a question by email, didn't get a response. Phoned up, was on hold for ages, asked it again, still didn't get a response. But the tiles turned up on time.”

“The product I ordered was a 1800 black free standing bath and a black sink bowl. When the delivery vehicle arrived, there was one driver and I hadn't realised that in the small print, it stated that the items would be left kerbside. The bath, although very large, was actually packaged on it's end. Presumably so that it took up less room in the vehicle. This was concerning and I informed the driver I wanted to unpack the pallet and inspect the goods before he left. The packaging of the bath was also very poor. It had obviously been opened at some stage prior to delivery and was only secured with a couple of pieces of packaging tape. Very inadequate and I insisted that I wanted the box more securely closed before we moved it at all. The product is good, but the packing of it could have led to the bath being damaged in delivery. As it turned out, you were lucky and it only received scratches. Not perfect, but acceptable. Next time I would insist the product was packaged better.”

“Item ordered was delivered as agreed but the crate in which it arrived was exceptionally huge and could not even fit through the gate leaving no option but to leave it on a public walkway !”

“Prompt delivery thank you Problem with unwanted returns, would like to have free pick up and return, as it was I had to get a pallet, shrink wrap and organise collection, all at great expense.”

“I ordered for Victoria plumbing shower screen turned up on large pallet wrapped in black wrapping the delivery man took off lorry left pallet on pavement asked him if he had knife to unwrap screen from pallet he said no and he couldn't touch it or take pallet away I'm not happy with the policy had to get someone off street to help move pallet into front garden. I'll never use Victoria plumbing again..”

“Unable to give a full review on the products as I haven't time to install and evaluate as yet. Delivery was poor considering the company delivering it is based less than six miles from my address. There may have been reasons for this but communication was non existent once the delivery date was missed, I had to all the calling to get an alternate date. Therefore only acceptable rating.”

“The items I bought for my bathroom all look good BUT I have had to tweek every item from grub screws to handles and bath chains to toilet seats ( GLUE needed to stop screws loosening daily etc.) So it is good looking cheap and cheerful stuff that will need 'after-care' - these taps I have just bought are to replace the first basin taps, within two years the hot tap was not working and needed replacing...”

“Everything was good except delivery whereby your good are left at the kerbside and when you are a pensioner this is not acceptable. My 73 yr old husband and I struggled to get a unit into our house as we had no one to help. I won’t ever order from you again due to this appalling delivery service. Shame on you for your delivery service which lets you down big time.”

“Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery. The vehicle was too large to access the property so driver aborted. However a phone call to update me would have been helpful rather than leaving me waiting for a promised delivery in twenty minutes which did not turn up. It was up to me to chase and re arrange delivery.”

“Good stuff but returning is a night mare and very expensive and customer service on returns is very bad experience. Overall I would buy only if essential from VP , as returns price wont be stated it proved to be an experience.”

“2 to 7 day delivery. Got on 7th day. Delivery company link didn't work and emails received from delivery company not great. Eg. Your deliver will be here today on day 8.”
