Didnt fir but because if sealed packaging unable to try and return. Wasted my money.

Radiator was delivered as and when expected but it was found to be slightly warped. Not enough to return it but enough to make assembly very difficult.

I’m happy with my goods but I was not happy with the driver who delivered the goods he said that he was not insured for bringing the stuff upstairs but he could’ve offered to rest them at the bottom inside the house he left them outside the house that I had to carry them inside the house Was not happy at all

My Bath didn’t turn up by the expected delivery date. I called to ask where it was, I was told it would ‘probably’ arrive in a couple of days however i’d get a call in advance of this to arrange delivery arrangements. A few days later I got a call whilst I was at work from the delivery driver saying he was outside my house trying to deliver my bath. I wasn’t able to take delivery of the bath. Absolute nightmare. Wouldn’t use again.

The delivery company they use offer an appalling service! When I complained to Victoria Plumbing I was told we know but we are in a contract with them! I would not use Victoria Plumbing again simply because of the delivery issues we experienced! The delivery drivers would not bring the item, a radiator inside my home. It arrived in the packaging (see picture) and the drivers would not take this with them. Overall, very unhappy. The radiator looks lovely, not installed yet so cannot comment

Painful rearranging the delivery. No details left and no clear online. Redelivery window ridiculously long so have to sit in all day waiting. Box was damaged despite it having tape around the box stating ‘fragile’. Item is dented but is too much hassle to return and reorder.

I ordered my bathroom units on the 15/10/19. I still have not received it 1/11/19. I rang Victoria Plumbing and was left waiting on the phone for 15 minutes before I spoke to someone. I was given a phone number to try and sort the delivery out myself. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday so I waited in all day. It was not delivered. All in all its been a very unpleasant experience. If I don't get it delivered today I am cancelling my order

We contacted you to try and arrange a return and didn't find you very helpful we are not sure how to go about it as we cannot get in contact with the delivery company you use ..phone lines always busy

Relatively straight forward service, only issue was delivery driver said he was 3rd party courier anyway so even after we checked for damage and we wanted to send it back with him we couldn’t (which is in the t&cs to return with driver and not sign for delivery if any damage) . Fortunately there was no damage. UPDATE. Poor instructions. No measurements of where feet and channels are screwed onto the baths. Contacted support for help and just got sent the same old terrible instructions, which were actually worse and different to the ones we got provided.

Ordering online was quick easy but item took longer then expected to be delivered. Delivery arrived outside of time slot given (not a problem) but the delivery person was extremely rude and sarcastic not impressed!

I brought a shower that was faulty on install, the plumber called the manufacturer Bristan who after going through some things with him that the shower unit is faulty. I contacted Victoria Plumb two days ago and they said they would investigate, heard nothing so far and haven’t had a working shower since last Tuesday, 10 days ago, no response from Victoria plumbing and tried to call to chase up issue and held on for over an hour before being cut off

I was not happy with your delivery service- had a large item delivered with no time slot or call to say when it was due to be delivered -and it was left on my door step in the rain! If we are paying for a delivery service I would expect a time slot !

A lot of items I wanted were significantly cheaper elsewhere, also I have a faulty unit which I have reported and almost a week later still have had no solution or replacement offered.

The system itself if excellent, my problem was is the flexible hose for for the sink. a, They are to short for the correct assembly of the unit. Creating an increase in the plumbers bill. b, Metal covered hoses in this wet environment (internal cistern) will create rust and malfunction due to metal rust pieces. c, Third email on subject.

Parts was faulty had to make it work with parts on van won’t stay at temp when selected
