“I was disappointed in your delivery supplier. I phoned &arranged delivery on the Monday. They did not turn up till Tuesday no phone call to let me know & i had to take a second day off work.not good enough.”

“Order placed 17th November, still not received. Not had an update regarding delivery timescale, all it says under order tracker is " order is currently being processed, our Warehouse Team will begin packing your order shortly." Very disappointed.”

“Delivery was unacceptable. Some goods poorly packed. Despite choosing a delivery date and being given a two hour slot this was ignored, delivery rescheduled for two days later without consultation and even then it was late. And I paid a lot extra for that premium delivery. Laughable. So bad it would make me seriously consider never using Victorian Plumbing again ( and I have three bathrooms to complete)”

“Being from IT background and not a plumbing background, I would have thought that the ‘product recommendations’ ie (people that bought this, also bought......) would have been customised in the VIctoria Plumbing management system to match SKU’s / gtins / MPN’s as both my traps was not compatible nor did the basin fixing kit fit through the chosen basin and had to disrupt my task to go to the local merchant to buy the correct one. In a world where nobody needs or wants ‘returns’, I would have thought that you might have the algorithms of recommendations already water-tight (no pun intended). If you need any help with this, contact me.”

“The product is good quality but on unpacking there was a distinct smell of tobacco after I removed the items some idiot had thrown a cigarette butt in the package how disgusting is that I am sorry regardless of quality I will not use your products again to keep people like this in employment”

“Ordered a bath screen, the delivery came a day late, no emails to warn of this and no apologies, the bath screen was delivered on a ridiculously oversized pallet, which I now have to find some way of disposing, really unnecessary, and the scene is a folding one but the seal in the middle doesn’t meet the two pieces of glass together, I’m in two kinds about contacting separately about this issue as delivery was so poor and I don’t have any dove to store two pallets let alone the one I am now lumbered with, I seriously will I went to wicks or b and q instead, cheaper, and they are the exact same quality”

“Products arrived ok but one did not have fitting instructions. Despite various emails and an abandoned call (hanging on for over 10 minutes without an answer) it took nearly two weeks to get the inofrmation requested. This unfortunately was in the form of a scematic with no written instruction. Emailed asking for this but still nothing received - I give up. Good products, poor customer service.”

“Disappointed after having 3discount codes that didn’t work I called up and was told they were finished and was only offered 5% and when fitted the design of the radiators means you can’t vent them fully there is air trapped in each Finn which will probably rust out in a short period.”

“I ordered and paid for delivery, but no delivery on the due date. It turns out that I have to call the pallet company to arrange for a delivery but this is not mentioned anywhere to my knowledge - poor.”
