I purchased a toilet seat from you, duly received it. and wasn't the colour of my suite. I have had poor communication with you, and I am sorry to say your service has not been satisfactory. I am still awaiting a response from you about how to proceed on returning this item. I received an email from Sean Watson on 12/11/19 and one on Monday apologising for the delay, but I still have had no return labels been sent, as it said in one of the emails.

The delivery was dropped outside , It should have been made more clear that the drivers can not bring the items inside the house.

Can't give accurate review on products as never received them due to courier company van braking down. Then they would only deliver when it was conv3for them. Think you should review your choice of transport company, not one that's rude when you cant take delivery at their convenience.

Only had the shower installed 2 days and the thermostat has stopped working , itll need to be replaced if, I can find the recipe

Delivered product a week ago, emailed customer service within a few hours of delivery and still waiting for a response. Will be returning item which is a shame as only needs a minor part.

They only did curb side delivery and put the delivery outside our shop. The delivery was really light so I have no idea why they couldn’t have just put it inside the shop which was a metre away!

Very disappointed that item ordered was broken and may take 5to7 days to replace and I probably will have to dispose of said item myself .

Delivery service was poor even though I had paid for the most expensive two man special. DX cancelled while I was waiting for them in the middle of the two hour slot after taking afternoon off work. Then they changed the time 3 times for the next delivery. I have tried ringing Victorian Plumbing twice and no one answers.

ordered a small shower screen and it has turned up brilliant but so much packaging its ridiculous. Going to shop local from now on

bought a shower head and hose, hoe great, but shower head did not work correctly. sent email and phoned, no one took my call tried 3 times waited 20 min, so gave up. Threw shower head in the bin. You wont get me buying from yourselves again.

Nice bath, well packed for delivery. However I had a query about the bath, took 6 days for an email response. Very poor customer service. Also the price you see on the website doesn’t reflect the total cost - the toilet I bought dosnt come with fittings to fix it to the floor, they’re extra. Also the instructions are poor - the instructions for assembling a b-shaped bath show an L shaped bath, and the instructions for the bath panel didn’t come with it - had to look online. Doubtful I would buy from you again.

Your delivery company is not good. NOT the delivery guy, he was great, considering he was still out delivering at 7 pm !!! I waited in all day on my day off and my item arrived at 7 pm. Would not purchase from VP again.

Victorian Plumbing needs to sort out its protocols for customers trying to pay for an order with someone else's card. I was told by a very nice sales team person early in the morning that in order to pay for my order I needed to ask the card owner to ring the company and authorise the payment. This they did, and was told there was no problem. However, no one noted down this call on the system. I rang several times, getting more and more frustrated as the payment was not taken. In the end later in the day the card owner had to ring again to authorise the payment. This was a shocking waste of time for everyone concerned. We have jobs to do, rather than waste our time and efforts on trying to get a payment through so that an order can go ahead. After this we waited for days for Palletways to deliver and in the end it took at phone call to Victorian Plumbing, who advised a phone call from me to Palletways to achieve a delivery. Why were we kept waiting for so long for Palletways to contact us, which they did not do ?
