“Found the perfect tap, just what I was looking for at a great price. Tap hasn’t been installed yet but it looks great Delivery was fast but I did think £6.99 delivery for a small box was excessive. Overall pleased with the experience though.”

“Ordered a chrome soap dish. It arrived with RUST on it, so it must have been used before. The phone lines are closed, so I emailed. It is well over a week and I have heard nothing despite sending a reminder. Very disappointing customer service - PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!”

“The inability to gain any form of.customer support makes any ongoing business improbable for me. I still can’t get an answer on my undelivered item . Sent email and being informed I have to wait up to a week for reply when the delivery date continues to be put back on a weekly basis is appalling”

“Very poor. I paid almost £50 for a speedy delivery and only half the order turned up. I can’t call as no call centres are open so sent an email asking for the delivery charge and undelivered item to be refunded but have heard nothing. It has been almost two weeks!”

“Shocking. Terrible communication... have been asked to fill in a review even though I’m trying to return the item as its incorrect, yet they still can’t answer that request. What sort of business had a returns process this poor? Or can’t even communicate with its clients? Buy anywhere else.”
