“Good service, helpline was very helpful and the delivery was very quick”

“Delivery took too long, customer services took too long, delivery company delivered 2days late, dumped goods and went without checking we were in to receive (which we were not) and could not care less (after I called them). Despite packaging saying fragile it looked like it had been through trauma. Not happy. Email the only way to contact VP and still no actual reply to original email to them. What is going on VP?”

“Three joined pallets to deliver by one man. How to get rid of them? Door was poor quality compared with the one it was replacing. Overall, I'll go to an outlet where I can see the quality and get it delivered without three pallets to get rid of!”

“VERY disappointed. Item not as described and took 10 days to answer my first attempt to contact them when they said they had contacted the supplier for information. During this period I had posted the item back but have still received no notification of receipt or refund. Still waiting and 2 more weeks on!”

“I ordered four of the door hooks for various places around the house. They are excellent quality look lovely. The only point I would make is that the screws that are supplied are too long if the hook is going on a door.”
