“Received a basin late when paid for delivery arrived shattered..then no one would respond to my complaint or send me a replacement. Eventually got a refund minus the deliver u charge.. which shd be refunded as well..after another complaint t they finally refunded everything”

“I paid for next day delivery at 13.20 on the Thursday, but did not receive my order until the Tuesday, sent email asking for the extra I paid to be refunded but not had any money refunded or indeed any communication on this matter except two auto messages saying they will be in touch. Hence the poor review.”

“Your performance has been absolutely abysmal. You and your DX transport broke and failed to delver the cistern. You have not replied to any of the requests for a replacement, only with holding, automated emails. After two or three emails using the first case number, your system then generated a new case number and hvee appeared to stop sending me any updates. I now wish to cancel the order and get a refund due to such terrible service. I will never use Victorian again. Far too unreliable.”

“Order a MDF bath pannel two weeks ago which was damaged still trying to get a replacement email only as phone lines not working still no response ..don't waste your time with this company ...awfull service take your business elsewhere...”

“I ordered a Nuie Square Soft Close Top Fixing Toilet Seat - NCH196. The ordering and delivery was good, price was competitive. The quality was bad: the seals were damaged, the agent that makes the slow close was all over the place, out of joints. Hence, the seat is OK but the soft close feature does not work at all.”

“Order in two parts. The first part of the order was received but incorrect parts received and still after two weeks still waiting for a response. The second part of the order has still not been dispatched, with no update on progress. Terrible service”

“We ordered the black angle radiator Albers for a vertical radiator and part of these came in white so we had the additional expense if buying this part in black. A lot of inconvenience and after spending over £75 including delivery we were not very satisfied. There is a store in Gateshead why we could not pick these up there I do not know. Disappointed ☹️”
