“Ordered online. That went very smoothly. The order arrived on time and I found the quality of the goods to be top rate. I have shopped at Victorian Plumbing before and found no problems - I am happy to say that their standards are as good as ever. I will definitely shop there again for future plumbing needs. Definitely recommended.”

“Made a number of orders over the last couple of years. The last was a large radiator that came with 3 pallets and timber to support and protect it! Massive pain to get rid of and even so the box was badly damaged and soaking wet. The radiator was scratched but on the side that faces the wall! I have not had one order where the item has been undamaged. You keep thinking its just bad luck but even the delivery driver said that he spends half of his time for VP on returns. Fortunately, in a lot of cases the damage was sortable but that has been pure luck. They replace them if needed but when you are in the middle of a project its a problem. My son-in-law has an almost identical experience. Be wary and think twice when you order.”

“My bathroom turned up and the bath has a crack in it and needs replacing. Also had damage on the tall unit but fortunately that's on the back so wont be seen! Seeing as I ordered the bathroom on the 11th of july and have been waiting to fit it for the past 3 weeks this service is disgusting! Have email yourselves and yet to receive a response 9 days on! Will be phoning the credit card company up tomorrow if I havent received a response and asking for a refund from them.”

“Never responded to initial email . Received two emails to say sorry for delay but no response to my email. Made an order in the end anyway. Delivery came with neighbours down the road order too. Guess driver couldn’t be bothered to drop off at 5 houses down. No handles in the cupboard bought my own. Emailed and got a response 4 days later. Yes it’s Covid but many organisations are working remotely with more efficient communication. Ordered from you a couple of years ago in my last house which is why I came back I’ve put very poor as I feel like over strategy needs to be reviewed more efficient communication and way of working”

“Absolutely terrible service, in fact there was no service. Zero response after multiple email and enquiries sent. Even the automated emails to say "we know you are waiting" have stopped! Covid is not an excuse. Returning items now with money out of my own pocket. Who knows when this will be processed. Won't be using again.”
