“Hi I am trying this as nothing else seems to elicit a response. You sent us shower trays not toilet seats. I contacted you over two weeks ago and still nobody has returned my email or told me what was going on. Will you refund me if you can not supply what I ordered? Will you ever reply to emails? Appreciate Covid has slowed things down but this is really poor. Please reply!”
