“Did not arrive on day I had paid for and I was not told.... Wasted a day waiting around it arrived the next day while I was really busy. What's the point of paying extra for a named delivery date if its delivered whenever they feel like?”

“We’ve had excellent customer service. The main delivery arrived well packed and on a pallet, nothing was damaged. We then ordered a towel rail, which wasn’t packed very well, I was probably fine when it left VP but got damaged by the courier. As I needed one quickly I went and bought a replacement, VP refunded the item after I sent photos of proof. Two weeks later the vanity unit showed signs of water damage,( bulging), again they refunded the item after photographic proof. We will be using them again for the prompt service and good customer service.”

“Have sent in complaint on the 8th August, by email as instructed on their web site, about damaged goods and have not heard anything back from the. Very poor after service, will not be buying from them again.”
