“Issue with a broken basin pedestool and the problem not resolved we are having a plummer waiting to start the refurb but we still have no solid response as to replacing the broken item despite me sending photos and several emails. continue to just recieve an automated reply saying how bust you are trying to assist a backlog of issues. Disgraceful Customer Service”

“Still waiting, after contacting you on Thursday 20th for a broken/damaged toilet seat, for a solution. My contractors have finished the job and have agreed to come back on Saturday 28th to put the seat on the toilet but still no word from Victoria Pluming!!!! Being in the trade like yourselves you would think you understand time constraints on orders.”

“I am so pleased with the radiator I bought from your company. It is just what I wanted. Why I didn't give you a 5/5 is because the delivery company contacted me and said they would deliver the next day.... we waited in all day and when I contacted them at 4.00 pm - they said "didn't anyone contact you? it will be delivered tomorrow" I then asked if they could be more precise about a delivery time and they informed me it would be first thing in the morning. Thankfully it was delivered at about 10.00am. The delivery man was very pleasant and there was no problem. I was just cross about the lack of communication. In this day and age with mobiles etc, there is no need to wait in all day waiting for a delivery only to be forgotten!”

“Very pleased, the product arrived well packaged on a pallet and sooner than I had expected. the model of loo selected is of good quality and the flush mechanism is superior to the one it replaced. the only query I have is that, due to the elliptical shape of the loo seat, are replacements readily available?”

“Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 2 packs of tiles which were delivered on a pallet with lots of packaging. The delivery driver put the tiles in my car and took away all packaging and the pallet fantastic. I had made an error and had to reorder another pack. With an extortionate delivery charge of £25.00 both times. The other pack has just come and the driver left the pallet and all of the materials. I started to take of my one small pack of tiles and he said the "whole thing is mine". I said "I don't want this the other driver took it away". He said "no he didn't" and just walked off. So rude. I now have a tone of plastic rubbish and a massive wooden pallet to get rid of that I don't want. What ordinary person would want a massive pallet, why is that even part of your business model. Not only is it an unbelievable waste of resources but incredibly inconvenient for me. Maybe you think giving me a pallet justifies the outrageous delivery charge but I don't want it. The quality of the tile Is fine but I will not be ordering from them again.”

“Came across victoria plumbing while searching radiators on google got to say the best search i have ever done ordered number of anthracite radiators, fittings, pipes etc. From easy use of website, communication on products specifications to dimesnsions are 100% accurate Plus the additional email updates on order process and deliveries is exceptional cant recommended this company enough”
