“Rubbish! I know companies are struggling with staffing but my report of faulty goods on 22 July took 16 days to get other than an automated 'holding' email. Issue still not resolved so far. Customer Service phone lines are closed so email and (lots and lots of) patience are our only option. My advice - find another supplier.”

“replacement of toilet seat. Replacement required but it was fitted in 1993 so I felt we would have little chance of obtaining a replacement of the same colour. Victorian plumbing's range of colours was able to supply the exact colour (Pale Cream) from stock. Easy to fix too.”

“Its a tale of 2 halves. The process of selecting a sink and paying for it was ace. There was a wide range and the prices were not bad. The carriage costs were astronomical. It was almost as much as the sink. I was in a bit of a situation with confusion over a sink and having to get a new one rather promptly, but even the standard shipping was expensive. Its all well and good saying free shipping over a certain amount, but even on a small (ish) item it was very very steep. It cost me half the price to send an item which was much heavier and twice the size. Other than the price of the shipping, I can't complain. In conclusion- great products and easy to navigate website but silly amounts for postage.”

“I was sent a faulty item and have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for any response regarding the matter. I have now emailed them 4 times with no reply. I expected a small delay due to the current situation, but I am very disappointed to have been left waiting this long to resolve this issue.”

“Victoria Plumbing sent my goods to another address in a different town. I am not able to speak to them on the phone as they are not taking calls. They are not responding to my email complaint either. What to do?”
