“We paid extra delivery costs to have the items taken into a room in the house and the pallet taken away. The delivery men said the were not willing to as they werent paid to carry out this service. They eventually relented and helped us out but the experience was very unpleasant. I will purchase from Victorian Plumbing again”

“The delivery company could and should be improved. Also small number of items came with not just one BUT two palettes. (The delivery people eventually picked up both the following week).”

“Delivery is rather slow. Packaging was none existent, I ordered a cistern fill valve and it was just sent in it's plastic bag, no box or anything. I must say though that it arrived (surprisingly) intact!”

“The products are great. The delivery however was chaotic. We were given a date and arranged for our builder to be at the house as we were on holiday. Then we had a phone call from pallet wise asking to make it a day earlier so from overseas we rearranged things. The delivery didn’t turn up as arranged wasting our builders time. Not happy.”

“We are very pleased with the radiator. However, the packaging was well excessive, leaving us with 2 pallets to get rid off. In addition, I had ordered some PTFE tape, which sadly was no where to be seen.”

“The delivery company phoned me yesterday and we agreed on a delivery date of today. He said I would get a phone call when the driver was an hour away from my house. I was out locally this morning and got a call phone the driver to say he was at my front door. He said there were no notes to let him know that he should have phoned me...?”

“Website was wire hard to work out but got there in the end. Items were delivered by ace Ventura, luckily the packaging was the only thing battered items seem to be ok”

“Good website, Slow delivery. Packaging poor. Black bin bag taped up and torn on arrival. Bristol handrail not quality expected for the price, cover plates did not stay secure.”

“Only just open the items and one of the shower doors has a crack, it looks like it happened when the holes were drilled for the handles. I know it's my word against yours but you can't open every box and check it on the pavement, plus the deliverer won't wait while you do that.”

“My only issue is with the delivery and I know this was within the small print but the package was left at our doorstep. The delivery person was quite abrupt and not prepared to offer further assistance. My husband had to come home from work to secure the package in our home.”

“PRO Good service, place an order received a confirmation, goods delivered and I was updated throughout. CONS Product choices I feel are limited I prefer a metal baths and only stand alone were available. I actually don't like the bath tub I ordered. My plumber had to repurchase all the plumbing accessories. The minimum spend for free delivery is steep so I would not order if I wanted small items.”

“The valves i purchased for my radiator weren't long enough to form a seal. Giving this a try (assuming they should be ok) i had waster pissing out over my new flooring. Also for the 2nd time Victorian Plumbing havent paid Top Cashback! apart from that the product quatity was fine.”

“Unfortunately our order didn't arrive on the day that it said it would, as the appointment hadn't been confirmed in the system, even though it was confirmed on the phone with us. When I spoke to the courier company however, they managed to get it re-sent to us and it arrived the next day.”
