Despite the extensive packaging, one radiator turned up scratched from a bash in transit. One valve broke on installation.

Your products are fine but the delivery service that I paid £44 was a disgrace .. they gave a time slot that they did not stick to .. were hours late with no upgrade then refused to let me check the items which it says on your website I have a right to keep them 15 minutes .. and you will not accept returns on damaged goods if not checked on delivery .. all caused a huge argument and much distress plus a wasted day for my workmen as the goods were not delivered when arranged .. disgusted with the lack of service .. thankfully your customer service people were helpful but I had to sit on the phone for long persuades waiting 3 times that day

Excellent items however delivery men refused to bring item through the front door and left the pallet in the street which was not helpful for my elderly disabled mother who couldn't lift the items or dispose of the pallet.

Order placed 8 Dec for various items. One item then went out of stock and no communication received to advise this or to keep updated as to when I can expect it. Money was taken immediately and item still not available one month later.

The centres for the lockatingins on the hinges only went out to 165mm whereby the center's on my toilet are 175mm the centres were not stipulated when purchasing the product so therefore the seat does not fit my toilet. And the product is not returnable.

Everything was fine until I needed to return some items. Not being familiar with booking a pallet courier I found this very difficult. If Victorian Plumbing could have arranged this it would be a much better experience. Its the first time Ive been expected to arrange a courier to return an item.

Not so good. Elements of the delivery address and payment address were mixed up by the website at the point of ordering and it took significant effort to get it all sorted out

Delivery was a bit of a nightmare. The tracking dates can’t be trusted, a pallet got lost and then when delivery did finally happen the driver only dropped off one pallet and we had to ring back again to get the other one delivered the next day. Had the pat the builder a days money for doing nothing. No one called back to let me know what is going on. Products appear ok but still to be fitted.

Wrong radiator delivered. Receptionist on phone poor command of English, in the end gave up and went on line. Told I would have to pay to send the radiator back at first, then a company, pallet, turned up without warning when we were out. Still have the more expensive radiator, not got the one I ordered.........yet ! Wait to see what the New Year brings

Sent wrong item with extortionate postage nearly £7 for shower seal trim. Then had to send photos to prove it was wrong item - customer service team great but working within a broken system where customers aren’t valued and profit is king. We had similar issues with our shower. Don’t order from here.

Our shower screen was scheduled for delivery on 17th December. At the last minute the tracking was changed to 25th December. I think it was fairly unlikely to arrive then. I understand that Christmas is a busy time. The delay to the delivery was not the issue but the failure to let us know or offer any kind of explanation.

I ordered a new thermostatic shower & shower head with valve attachment and paid £6.95 for delivery to get it before christmas as my shower at home wasnt working. The package arrived damaged & half opened where i discovered one item that id ordered was missing. I have tried repeated times to get through to customer services to log a complaint but with many failed attempts as i just got cut off each time someone tried to answer my call. Im worried I wont be compensated as its now outside of the 24hour delivery period to log the complaint. Not a happy customer.

product was what it was supposed to be but I bought it at extra cost because they promised delivery Monday, it arrived Thursday causing us a number of problems and no answer when I emailed them.

The product has arrived damaged. We are paying someone to try and cut off the damaged bit as we don't want to be without a bath for Christmas!

Goods arrived damaged. The sink was in a box but the toilet had no protective packing at all, just shrink wrapped to a pallet. Have sent details to customer service and still waiting for them to come back after 'investigation'. In the meantime I have a wasted time bill from plumber and no toilet.

Had to request a package several times, with little to no follow up. Once ordered it came on the wrong day which cost me time and money to rectify. Staff at the call center were excellent but unfortunately some of the other departments made the experience a disappointing one

Everything delivered on time but how do you think a single woman is expected to get the goods in the house (I’m not allowed to lift the goods off the pallet or enter your house????) really!! Then you are not delivering them! And leave all packaging - not too much of a problem - but the huge wood pallet? How am I meant to get rid of that exactly??? Poor service
