“Purchased radiator valves - delivery was quick and service fine. Taps were beautiful and affordable however they had short pipes (didn’t get over my normal 5” skirting boards). Would have been better with longer pipes that you could cut down. Angled valves had unusual fitting but seemed to work fine.”

“Recently ordered toilet unit, soft close seat and concealed cistern, fitted above about a month ago and the soft close seat is already slamming shut, no longer soft close, emailed twice and had no response, disappointed.”

“I bought branded products so no issues there. However, I’m a trade customer and the trade discount level isn’t great compared to most merchants and the delivery charge was astronomical! Over £100 on a £600 order!”

“I thought that having payed a fortune for a toilet 🚽 the seat would have been included in the price ... also first driver still with teenage spots and an attitude (not my jobs worth )no help at all just watched me and my husband struggle ( ages 74 and 77 ) second driver was brilliant couldn’t do enough for us the difference being and an older driver that had respect ...”

“There was an initial problem with delivery as despite being told my purchase had been sent to your courier after another 7+ days l still hadn't received it. Once I called you I was told the courier now had delivery down for 25th December which would indicate an attempt to contact us had been made. This wasn't true but once I contacted the courier delivery was arranged for the next day and it all went well!”

“Disappointed with delivery. A huge pallet was left on my drive way and all the items were erected in a tower. Too much work unpacking and disposal of a lot of wood. I have completed two other bathrooms using a similar company and all items were delivered neatly into my home! For this reason I personally would not use again.”

“Bought radiator, valves and taps for a new cloakroom. With exception of one package they all arrived on time and seems good quality. Yet to fit so can't say fully yet..... Can't say. Contacted VP to chase the order through their tracking website but no response after 4 days. Then had to call to find out blaming third party shipper, which I don't agree with - if I order through VP they should take responsibility. Won't put me off completely in future, but very cautious.”

“Ordering and timely delivery were good. However having a 7ft wooden monstrosity of pallets dumped outside my front door and being told drivers wouldn’t unwrap it or help me get it in the house/garage, then being told its my responsibility to dispose of it!!! Abismal!!!”

“Opted for standard delivery but didn't realise that the toilet I ordered wouldn't be delivered to the door of my first floor flat. I needed to opt for two man delivery for this service. It wasn't made clear on the website and think that would have been much more helpful.”

“Shower rail is lovely, fits current holes in the wall but not the current shower hose. I accept that it is my error but I feel that there could have been more description in the product and make the buyer aware that this may happen. Having never bought one of these before I was unaware that the section that grips the shower rail can differ in size.”

“Ordering was easy. Tracking delivery was difficult. The link didn’t work to view tracking. I tried several live chats all of which cut off mid chat. The shower panels arrived and looked ok until we unpacked them. Every panel had the corner broken in the same place. Lucky for us we could cut the broken bits off and still had enough for the job. Disappointed but we made it work.”

“Easy to order online, although there was a day plus wait for a delivery date. The £20 addition to get ur purchases into your raises the expectation that the staff delivering and moving are skilled. However, they didn’t seem to have any idea of what should be delivered. I ended up with a big basin unit and two Not meant for me that I had to insist they take away as I was checking my order carefully.”

“Really pleased with my items, however not so please with the delivery. Not told until items dispatched that it's a kerbside delivery. When the agent from Victorian Plumbing called to arrange delivery she couldn't give a time or narrow it down to am or pm. Tried calling them on day for an update but unable to get through. Work nights so really needed to have an idea of expected time of delivery. Not very helpful. Paid £25 to have delivery and expected items to be delivered into my property but only to kerbside. Luckily for me, the delivery driver was brilliant and went above and beyond to provide an excellent service from Sovereign Delivery. If I had known about the kerbside only delivery, I would not have ordered from them.”
