“product was great delivery was expensive so no real saving could have bought locally for the same price because of delivery charge was late for delivery as well but managed to sort out”

“Great website, easy to navigate. I feel instructions for fitting concealed shower could have been a bit better for my own understanding of what needs to be done in preparation for plumber. Such as tile cutting/drill sizes, etc. I also feel that kerbside delivery arrangement is poor. As me and my partner had to strip down the pallet and carry into the house without any help of the delivery driver.”

“Great prices but delivery could be better. Leaving items outside for 80 year olds is not acceptable in this day and age. How are you supposed to check everything is ok when left at the kerb side. The driver only gave 15min warning that he was turning up anyone who would have been at work and was preparing to nip out would have no chance as no time slot is given.”

“Quick delivery. Good notification. Unfortunately the colour black was in fact silver black .... so I had to return items . Haven’t had confirmation that vic plumbing has received it even though dhl confirmed the goods have been delivered.”

“Because I’m on the Isle of Wight, any savings I made were swallowed up by paying postage. MOST couriers do NOT change extra to deliver to the Isle of Wight, we are considered part of Portsmouth. Now I know this, I will only purchase again if I can’t find an item for my customer anywhere else. Also, after paying my delivery ransom, Acclaim left the two pallets at the side of the road, still rapped. Not even on the pavement. Disappointing to say the least.”

“The radiator is perfect, the delivery not so good. Received a call the day before to confirm the delivery day, fine, caller told me I would receive a text between 09:00 and 10:00am on the day to give me a time slot. No text so I sent a parent round just in case while I was at work, just as well, it turned up with no warning! Otherwise a great purchase.”

“First delivery was flawless - a toilet and cistern. However, a week later they tried to deliver the same items again... Our second order of a kitchen sink and tap was delivered on schedule. However, this was delivered on a pallet and the pallet weighed substantially more than the items it was on. I thought common sense might have prevailed and had the heavy items delivered by pallet. Clearly not the case.”

“The Shower unit could have been packaged a little better. It was sent in its manufacturers flimsy and thin card box and covered in 1/2 roll of packaging tape making the box unrecyclayble too. Through no fault of the courier the box had every corner damaged and was a bit battered. If it was wrapped in a corrugated card sleeve with tape just at each end the whole lot could have gone in my domestic recycle bin. Also for the novice fitter sometimes the photographs on the retail box can assist with installation. The tape made this impossible. Fortunately the contents of the box were all there and outwardly undamaged. This would not put me off using Victoria Plumbing again but I hope they take these comments constructively fro the future.”

“We ordered 2 identical replacement toilet seats for our Victorian Plumbing toilet after the last 2 split after 1 year of use. When we opened them the fittings were slightly different and the colour was a dirty looking off white. We’ve had no choice but to fit one of them as we can’t find an alternative seat to fit your fixture but please note WE ARE NOT AT ALL HAPPY with the substandard product you’ve sent us.”
