“We ordered the black angle radiator Albers for a vertical radiator and part of these came in white so we had the additional expense if buying this part in black. A lot of inconvenience and after spending over £75 including delivery we were not very satisfied. There is a store in Gateshead why we could not pick these up there I do not know. Disappointed ☹️”

“Three joined pallets to deliver by one man. How to get rid of them? Door was poor quality compared with the one it was replacing. Overall, I'll go to an outlet where I can see the quality and get it delivered without three pallets to get rid of!”

“Victoria Plumbing has a huge range of items and I found what I needed. The details on the products are extensive and impressive, I managed to find the exactly what I was looking for, but only as part a kit. It took quite a long time to actually talk to someone on the computer chat assistance (I fully understand that normal working is topsy turvey at present so didn't mind too much) to find out if I could buy just one part of the kit, the assistant was able to give me an answer and I placed my order. Item arrived quickly, good quality and well packed. Thank you”

“Ordered and took two weeks to arrive, that was not stated when I purchased item despite COVID. None the less very happy with the product and is a good quality and well made. It was very easy to fit and I didn’t have to drill new holes in the tiles. So happy”

“Product good and ordering easy but delivery process not smooth. Delivery due on the Thursday, driver turned up, when he looked in van the toilet hadn’t been loaded. Said he’d return the next day with it, but didn’t. Finally appeared with it on the Monday. We had to reorganise plumbers, take extra time off work to receive delivery on two different days. In the meantime I had sent message to Victorian Plumbing as the online tracking was no help, which I didn’t receive a reply to for over a week. Would probably not use again based on our experience.”

“Overall service was good, delivery, order process, product range was also good. Just watch out for the photos - they are not always the exact same product. As an example the shower valve I ordered and waterfall shower head was almost, but not quite, the same as the photo. e.g. Temperature markings were in a different place to the photo, meaning I had not choice but to change the orientation from what I was planning.”

“Attractive seat top and lid top, but the sides of both painted plain brown (bought the limed oak seat). When you walk in the room the plain brown is the first thing you see and it doesn't look too good. However, seat fitted well and lid and seat stay up together (with my previous one it was only possible to have the lid up, not the seat also) and it is well made. A bit disappointing but will do for now.”
