“I dont like the idea of curbside delivery, this should have been communicated BEFORE i ordered. I am pregnant and due to the all day delivery slot i couldn't arrange for somebody else to be here with me. The products were what i expected which was good my only complaint is the communication. Luckily the nice chap who delivered could see i was heavily pregnant and bought it to my door and i just slid it into the house but if this were better communication, it could have helped with my stress levels leading up to delivery”

“Took far too long to answer an online product enquiry. Bought product anyway and would have returned it if it hadn't met expectations. Poor service.”

“Nightmare with delivery , driver had to drop off on the roadside as for some stupid reason the bath had been loaded onto a pallet and then wrapped which then would not fit through the gate which is wider than my front door nothing not standard about it! . Who ever packaged it has no common sense, packed in such a ridiculous way it would never fit through a standard garden gate or door! So resulted in it being dropped on the road side! I was left having to unpack it on a public path , in wind and rain. The delivery driver was as helpful as he is allowed to be as they are only allowed to drop pallets off not move for you. I wouldn’t order from here again especially as I paid £40 for a delivery which was just a nightmare!”

“One guy delivered the parcel and rolled the box like a wheel down the path so all corners where dented . surprised nothing was damaged . Not what I paid for and won’t do it again”

“RThe service was good but getting through to you via telephone was horrendous. I had to phone a couple of times and each time it was half an hour wait. Not good when you're having a bathroom replaced and you need to speak to someone quickly. Also I found the returns procedure daunting as I had to arrange this myself through a pallet distribution service which involved several phone calls and emails and had to pay for the privilege! Altogether a stressful experience. If you want people to buy on line then I think you have to make it easier for them to return items, as some of your competitors do. However, I was pleased with the delivery and quality of the items I received but think you need to address your returns policy.”

“The order process was great. The delivery was relatively quick. However, we only ordered a mirror and it was delivered via Paletways using a pallet that wasnt required and meaning the delivery guys wouldn't bring it in the house. This meant I had to dismantle the packaging on the drive and dispose of the entire pallet which was a waste of material and frankly unnecessary. Unfortunately this made the experience only adequate as had care an attention been given to selecting the right courier for the size of item this review would have been 5 star.”

“We ordered a bifold shower screen and it came on an enormous pallet, 3 foot wide and 5 foot tall that we have to dispose off. Not sure why the pallet had to be so epic.”

“Ordering was easy and the info and photos on the website was good, however once the order had been passed to pallet ways I had no information about delivery. Someone from the delivery company called me how sounded about 12 years old and asked me if Friday was fine and said they would send me details. I received no other information after. I called Victoria plumbing of which it said their lines were closed even though it was before 6pm. I had to call myself too different delivery hubs to find out a time slot and then they told me between 9-1 and they turned up at 2.30 an hour and half late even after I had called at 1.50 and they told me the driver was 5 mins away still took another 40 mins. I had someone waiting for it to help bring it inside as they only deliver kerbside. So not happy with their delivery service or communication”

“Product is excellent and the interaction with VP was very good. Unfortunately it was let down by an almost incompetent delivery service (Pallet Line). When I couldn't be home for the delivery date I contacted them to change the date and on that date a lorry arrived to COLLECT the mirror from me instead of delivering it to me. Next arranged date they didn't show up.”

“Quality of bath and tap etc were great. Good value and easy to fit. Delivery was a bit of a pain as had to wait in all day. I was also having a kitchen delivered on the same day but they had a real-time tracker so I could see how far the delivery was. Delivery arrived on a pallet which I have to dispose of. Not the end of the world but would have been nice if could have been taken away (I had the pallet ready to return before the driver had even shut the truck back up.”

“Having sent about 9 emails in total I still dont know what they are sending me as we had 2 damaged items that need replacing. Have found the customer service experience pretty poor and stressful if I am to be honest. Fingers crossed I actually get the replacement items I need.”

“Received delivery yesterday almost a month from ordering not the delivery company’s fault as the did try to contact use on numerous occasions but unsuccessfully. Had we known you were using an independent company to deliver it may have helped even a message to say who they were and the telephone number.”

“Items as described. Fair quality for price paid. Packaging Was terrible.Everything was just thrown in one big grey bag. Shower, taps, toilet pipe. By the time we received them they were battered beyond belief. luckily no damage.”

“Good service overall. The prices seem ok and delivery service is ok. The delivery tracking seemed a bit weird, but int he end worked. Also, the delivery seemed to take a bit longer than I expected, but only by 1-3 days. There was a very small damage on the top of the Alps Modern Short Projection Toilet flushing basin, but not visible when the top cover is installed. The small damage probably occurred during delivery. Overall, good service.”
