“I bought a wire rack for the bathroom, it arrived bent as it was only packed in bubble-wrap and plastic. Just use a cardboard box, problem solved.”

“The goods arrived on a pallet within the delivery period stated. When unpacked we found that although the cardboard boxes seemed ok, there were several instances of heavy damage to the back of the main unit.”

“Have a problem with the cruze mixer shower taps. Can't talk to Customer servies, sent an email (as this was the only way I could contact anyone). And NO reply!”

“Although the delivery was wonderfully prompt and the delightful man even brought the items into the house, the website itself practices a bait and switch practice. My shower appeared to come with a tray in the advert, but didn't.”

“Product is good and happy with it however, the delivery method through pallet delivery was unnecessary. Sink weigh less than 5kg and boxed well. For this to be delivered in pallets weigh more than goods I ordered is pointless. Delivery driver refuse to take it back. Furthermore I now have to dispose of the pallet!! Can’t take it anywhere. I can understand if the foods are heavy and can be delivered only by using the pallet but this is madness and not convenient or environmentally friendly. Review your method of delivery for light weight goods.”

“Very unsatisfied at present have received half the order and they want to charge me extra delivery for the other half. Keep ringing their helpline and an automated response says email when I email I also just get an automated response to that. I understand things arnt good at present with deliveries but to speak and sort out with a human would help enormously. I have almost given in and agreed to pay delivery again but cant seem to even do that?????!!! Frustated doesnt cover it!!”

“You sold me an ME9129 flush lever but it is useless without another part to fit it into the wall of the cistern. So you sold me something which I can't use. What's the point of that? I phoned you but you said you couldn't help.”

“Very dîsappointed that the blade section of the squeegee is not firmly attached to the handle so is wobbly in use. The service was good and speedy. Shame that the product doesn't live up to its good design.”

“Delivery was really quick, within a couple of days. A missing item though. The feet of the riser kit. Emailed Victorian Plumbing the same day and was emailed a ref number. Heard nothing for a week. Sent another email. Had an email 2 days later saying it was being prioritised. Now 10 days since delivery and still no replacement part sent. Tray not as heavy as other 1700mm x 800mm trays I've installed which helps. The trimming of acrylic capping all over the place. Tray would not sit flat due to capping being proud of stone resin. Had to cut around 5mm off acrylic in places around tray. Also looks rubbish when panel fitted.”

“I purchased theWenko Florida Bath Pillow as it was the dearest available but after paying about £18 it was useless as the suction stickers did not adhere to bath, I would certainly like to return for either an alternative or refund order no is3001401100”

“The seat arrived punctually but the box was covered in black dust like it had been lying collecting dust for years . Once fitted I discovered the soft close mechanism only worked for about two inches then slammed shut unfortunately I’ve had to stick with the seat as my other one was broken so would be left with no seat again whilst returning it . Overall not happy at all as it was £38”

“I can't say it's all bad. The product was delivered on time and is generally good. But there is an issue which means I need to obtain a replacement door seal. VP directed me to the manufacturer in China.. Who Directed me back to VP.. I raised a customer support case but haven't had a response.. So I am still stuck with a leaky door. I also realise that since VP are the only seller in the UK of this product there may be no way to obtain any spares at all over the lifetime of the product which to be honest is far from ideal.”

“The screws that were included with the Victoria shower rail were not long enough to go through the end and into the wall. Luckily I had paid someone to put it up who did own longer screws and was able to use them. Not being very good at DIY myself I would not have been able to put this right myself. this rail kit was not cheap therefore would expect correct screws at the least. Otherwise it looks nice once put up”

“Was waiting all day for the shipment to arrive but did not turn up , as the property was empty it was a struggle to wait all those hours not only one day wait but the following day was the same a no show but the items turned up three days after the delivery date was emailed to me was so disappointed with the delivery, you say that the delivery is not your problem, but they represent your company and but a negative slant on the company which supplies the equipment.”

“Service very good, but packaging is unacceptable, two pallets with timber struts plus black plastic wrapping for one piece of shower screen. Plastic packaging is non recyclable and timber pallets will cost me to break up and dispose environmentally.”
