Not able to speak to anyone over the phone to ask about the item-waited over 40 min. Then had item delivered and as it turned out it wasn’t like on a picture on the website which is not very high quality anyway. Also delivery cost it’s extortionate. For item that costs over £300 surely you could take delivery cost on yourselves.

Bad delivery service. Driver left all items on the road and refused to take away the large wooden crates.

Terrible trying to get through on phone to sort out a query re the delivery. An item was broken and I requested a refund but was sent another item which was dumped on the doorstep without a word. The only saving grace for this company is that the laDy that answered the phone was extremely helpful in the persuit of sorting my problem.

We had a broken loo seat and wrong fittings for our shower tray. Couldn't claim for this as left it to long. Would be better to have a longer refund policy as living in a building site and cannot always look through every box within 48 hrs.

I have unfortunately rated your performance as poor so far because you only came back to me with a complaint number and not a plan of action even after two weeks. I managed to speak to John Sutcliffe today which helped a little

Policy on returns is ridiculous. Need to find a better way of resourcing pickups of unwanted products.

I received my bathroom suite a couple of weeks ago from your pallet courier company. I am extremely disappointed with the service. I wish I was made aware that the driver was not going to deliver my items inside my house and yet just outside my front door in the pouring rain. If I had known this was the process I would have arranged for some help however I was left all alone to deal with this huge parcel which was bigger than me. This took up 4 hours of my day picking these items up and have a bad back. I’ve always heard good things about Victoria Plumbing which is why I insisted in purchasing my bathroom suite from here however it has put me off ordering in the foreseeable future.

Did not receive a satisfactory solution, only when reading reviews did I find someone had the exact same issue and solved it with mouldable rubber. Hardly a satisfactory fix when spending £50 on a seat

Shower seal arrived damaged and unable to click the 2 pieces together. Emailed to ask for a replacement but have still not had a reply after over 10 days. Disappointing as seal itself looks good.

The goods arrived promptly (they have not been examined yet) However your delivery driver was just plain rude. I understand that this is a kerbside delivery..however he did move it on his forklift to the car port.. my husband who had been upstairs...asked if he could move it a little further into the car port to which he replied “you should have said” but no offer of any further assistance He then came to the door for a signature ..which I did...however there was no offer to check the delivery. I don’t normally complain but he was a not very nice character..and I would think you would have had complaints before. It wouldn’t stop me ordering from you again.. but this sort of service.. should not go unrecorded. B Stannard

I purchased a toilet roll brush with a metal cover around the handle. one week after the purchase the metal part went rusty......the metal is very flimsy and not good quality. I am very disappointed with the whole article. As this item was used in the bathroom it dosen't say much for your reputation .

I’m actually still yet to receive the product I ordered on 17/1/20 and have been updated that this is not yet due to be delivered until 3/3/20, despite being told originally it would be 28/1/20.

Tap holes drilled too big, only just covered with tap. Not a strong bath.

Ordering no problem, delivery no problem , quality ok but when I found some parts missing and sent a message only got an automatically generated reply and still waiting for an answer.

The ordering and delivery were good. The quality of the goods was great. But aftersales service is completely rubbish and non-existant! Forgot to order a waste plug for the sink. I must have spent an hour in total on the phone but no answer. Emailed and auto reply said that they would get back to me within 72 hours. that was 6 days ago and still heard nothing! Useless!

Placed order pre midday on 11th for next day delivery (12th). Got to 12th and no tiles. Used tracker and it advised they would be delivered 13th. Called up and advisor also told me it would be delivered 13th and offered a refund for the delivery. Got to the 13th and the tracker now advised delivery on 14th. So after another phone call I was told the pallet had been lost and that they would place a new order for me which would be delivered on the 14th and that I would receive a confirmation email and tracking code later that day when they left the wh. 14th came.....no email. So I had to call up for a third time to be told an order had been placed and would be delivered that day which it was. Tiles are great but what a hassle to get it all sorted!
