“The goods arrived promptly (they have not been examined yet) However your delivery driver was just plain rude. I understand that this is a kerbside delivery..however he did move it on his forklift to the car port.. my husband who had been upstairs...asked if he could move it a little further into the car port to which he replied “you should have said” but no offer of any further assistance He then came to the door for a signature ..which I did...however there was no offer to check the delivery. I don’t normally complain but he was a not very nice character..and I would think you would have had complaints before. It wouldn’t stop me ordering from you again.. but this sort of service.. should not go unrecorded. B Stannard”

“I purchased a toilet roll brush with a metal cover around the handle. one week after the purchase the metal part went rusty......the metal is very flimsy and not good quality. I am very disappointed with the whole article. As this item was used in the bathroom it dosen't say much for your reputation .”

“I’m actually still yet to receive the product I ordered on 17/1/20 and have been updated that this is not yet due to be delivered until 3/3/20, despite being told originally it would be 28/1/20.”

“Ordering no problem, delivery no problem , quality ok but when I found some parts missing and sent a message only got an automatically generated reply and still waiting for an answer.”

“The ordering and delivery were good. The quality of the goods was great. But aftersales service is completely rubbish and non-existant! Forgot to order a waste plug for the sink. I must have spent an hour in total on the phone but no answer. Emailed and auto reply said that they would get back to me within 72 hours. that was 6 days ago and still heard nothing! Useless!”

“Placed order pre midday on 11th for next day delivery (12th). Got to 12th and no tiles. Used tracker and it advised they would be delivered 13th. Called up and advisor also told me it would be delivered 13th and offered a refund for the delivery. Got to the 13th and the tracker now advised delivery on 14th. So after another phone call I was told the pallet had been lost and that they would place a new order for me which would be delivered on the 14th and that I would receive a confirmation email and tracking code later that day when they left the wh. 14th came.....no email. So I had to call up for a third time to be told an order had been placed and would be delivered that day which it was. Tiles are great but what a hassle to get it all sorted!”

“Problems with the order....my account had been debited but Victoria plumbing stated the order to be unsuccessful and advised to pay again another way. Had to contact my bank and send pdf screen shots for evidence the payment had been successful. This wasn't resolved until 4days after the order was placed so uncertain about the delivery date as to whether it would arrive in time for the customer. Eventually got an email of apology and sorry for all the inconvenience. Too stressful wouldn't want to purchase again”

“I was happy with the online ordering process and delivery updates. I am also happy with my purchase. I was told it would be a curbside pallet delivery. I wasnt expecting it to be left at the top of my steps in the middle of the pavement, blocking access to pedestrians. I wasn't given a time slot other than 7am-6pm. I had to ring my husband to come home and help take everything in separately. I had no help from the driver whom I found quite rude. Do Victoria Plumb expect you and someone else to sit in from 7am-6pm to wait for your package?”

“The shower screen itself is fairly good, easy to install (altho my husband quite hand) and looks nice. However, it is not attached to the bath at the bottom, which means it slides back and forth and could become easily damaged. Not recommended for homes with young children. The most annoying thing about the experience is that they left a huge (approx 2m high and 2m wide) pallet in the garden, which they would not agree to collect. Only after my booking had confirmed, did they email to tell me to say that I would have to arrange collection of the item with my local council. The pallet blew about in the garden and needless to say the neighbours were best pleased. Extra admin to deal with removal of the pallet meant I would have rather purchased elsewhere.”

“When opening packaging not screws for handles for vanity unit only two screws not four . Then the fixings for the toilet pan wasn’t in the bottom of the toilet pan we looked everywhere . So at my cost I had to send the plumber out to Michael Pavis and purchase extra screws for doors and toilet pan fixings at my cost . So wasn’t happy .”

“Very unhappy with the taps purchased. I believe the wording was misleading in the online page - "Modern single lever mono basin mixer with waste. We recommend a minimum operating pressure of 0.5 bar for best performance" Well I have a minimum operating pressure of 0.5 bar but it is a high pressure system and sounded like there was a jet engine in the system. No mention what so ever of not being suitable for high pressure systems. Also the click waste would not hold water in the sink. All in all very disappointed, but then again the taps/clicker waste and flexible connectors were cheap but you get what you pay for. Further compounded by the extraordinarily time it took for you to answer your phone when i called and when connected to a staff member all I can say is she wasn't very helpfull whilst doing just eneough to deal with my issue. I think I can summerise my experience with your company as leaving alot to be desired!”
