“The website is very easy to use. The products are of excellent quality and very competitively priced. My only concern was around shipping, as the tracker provided by Victorian Plumbing didn’t clearly state the expected date was to the delivery hub, not final destination, costing me extra time off work to accept delivery.”

“Very good product selection. Order and delivery time has been very good on the whole. Unfortunately a recent order did not arrive the day scheduled despite receiving a confirmation telephone call the previous day. When the order (pallet) did not arrive the next day I called the shipping contractor because Victorian Plumbing were out of hours and the shipper said it had been scheduled for delivery but had returned to the depot without a reason. It arrived the next day. This was a wasted day waiting in for a confirmed delivery that did not arrive. All orders across multiple deliveries have been received in good condition and I will continue to use Victorian Plumbing despite problem with local carrier.”

“Order was placed and delivered quickly, however I had to return the item and this was at my own cost, Victorian plumbing advised me to do this by registered post. It was more than half the price of the item.”

“Ordered a shower riser on Sunday morning for next day delivery, easy check out process, and it arrived Monday Nice looking Riser, main shower head works fine, the flexible shower attachment not great with no volume of water or power coming through”

“Items bought all arrived promptly safely and intact. Pity about the 30 day return policy as had to return the shower mixer tap due to the unusual fittings ( German - Grohe make) Only found out when plumber tried to fit and wouldn't work as we had opted to have shower boards instead of tiles in the shower enclosure. However I have been promised a credit so I can choose another shower mixer and maybe other items up to the value of the returned item. Hoping this will happen smoothly. Will have to wait and see!!!”

“Online buying experience was excellent. The items have all arrived in good condition. I paid for the two man delivery. One of the two was a bit rude, complaining about the weight of the items. Man number two only helped him with one item - the shower cubicle.”
