“All parts arrived all ok went to fit sink to find the waste was wrong it had an over flow fitted to the part and no over flow in the sink. Not very happy.”

“Not many places have short deep baths to fit an awkward space, and VP have two. The one I really wanted is never in sales so the second best, at half the price and discounted, will have to do. It will be fine!”

“Good preference offers on the web, but when purchasing online and not browsing the wider web for a better deal or low cost offer purchasing is evitable. But my only snag is the delivery charges which any case pushes the offer even higher, makes you think twice when making purchases in the future.”

“Euro Rail Kit - I chose it as the bracket was adjustable, a few minor points: The installation instructions were wrong - the pictures shows a different item. The picture shows an arrow with an exclamation mark pointing to a hole in the rail which doesn't exist in the item sent to me, and there is no mention of the unit used to clamp the top unit. Also the rawl plug in the picture looks like the right item, but the package had plugs with a lip and after fitting them I realised that the lip prevented the brackets from being flush to the tile, so I had the remove them and cut the lip off, luckily I managed without damaging the tiles. Finished item looks good.”
