“I visited Victoria Plumbing with the intent of looking at the various options for tiling my Bathroom. The staff were exceptionally helpful, without being pushy. I purchased my chosen bathroom tiles online, with the collect from store option. Once again, the assistance and guidance I got from another member of staff at the Andover shop was exemplary.”

“The web site, product description etc were well done, as well as the purchasing process and delivery information. The downside was the information provided said that the package weighed 70Kg. In reality, the weight was not in the product but in the 2 aged wooden palettes used to pack it. I bought a trolley to bring it to the house, but when the item arrived, it was unwrapped and the product lifted easily - and weighed only 17Kg! This clearly deserves a rethink at Victorian Plumbing either to provide more realistic information to the customer or to redesign their packaging system.”

“Ordering and returning goods was good, but when trying to change an order especially cancelling just one item not so good. When I asked about cancelling one item I got an email telling me that the order was delayed.”

“Arrived and installed fine working at this moment. Time will tell whether it is a good replacement for my old ones that often blocked by lime-scales. The shower heads are plastic coated with chrome, hope it lasts long enough before peel starts.”
