“Great ordering at the Formby showroom, service and bathroom units, sink and tap. Just surprised that my order was delivered as a huge palleted construction with 6 foot backing which I was then left with. It was almost impossible to deconstruct. I had to saw it down to manageable planks and take it to the local dump. Is that normal? It was a real pain.”

“Everything was good. The tracking app could do with a simpler look to it. The courtesy call was good although we agreed afternoon delivery it still came at 11.45. On the whole though great service and delivery. Many thanks.”

“Easy to order on-line. All items arrived safely together about one week after ordering. Only one delivery driver though so had to assist unloading the heaviest item from the van. Not sure what would have happened if there had not been anyone able to assist the driver as he would not have managed to carry the items on his own.”

“Delivered what they said the would, when they said they would. Not all installed yet so can't be sure of any issues. Whatever the price of something, assume double by the time you have bought all the essentials as separate items and paid the wildly varying delivery charges.”
